Report: Kanye Shoots American Pyscho Themed Video w/ Scott Disick
June 10th, 2013

In Touch magazine reports that Kanye shot a video inspired by the early 2000s classic American Pyscho with fellow Kardashian impregnator Scott Disick and Kim’s bestie Jonathan Cheban:

“Kanye spent the weekend shooting an American Psycho-inspired video in Brooklyn with Scott Disick and Jonathan Cheban,” an insider tells In Touch. “Jonathan actually gets killed in the end.” The video, which was shot at Brooklyn Fireproof soundstages, is supposed to be released later this week in anticipation of his new album. “Kanye wants the video to go viral and drum up more publicity for his album,” the insider reveals.

Disick of course is the walking embodiement of the immaculately dressed serial killer Patrick Bateman, whom Christian Bale famously portrayed in the film. His resemblance to the character is so similar that he even dressed as the character for Halloween last year and Brett Easton Ellis, author of the book on which the film was based, once suggested that Disick should portray the killer in the rumored remake. And so to cast Disick as a character inspired by Bateman in a video seems a little too on the nose for a Kanye concept, but I guess if anybody can execute the idea it’s Donda’s baby boy. No word on what track the video will accompany.

Vine has got to be the most worthless f***ing app ever  The hell do I care about getting a 7 second snippet right away? Just record a significant clip and upload it a few minutes later
Also it's driving me insane that people are using it to clip together different .1 second pieces at intervals throughout the songs as if that's helping me get an idea of how it goes.

“I gotta new strategy it’s called no strategy. And I gotta way to sell more music its called make better music.” Yeezus

Only #Yeezus will have a song that samples Billie Holliday and then recites C-Murder, lol. #strangefruit #down4mynwords

Kanye Confirms Daft Punk, Justin Vernon, TNGHT, Chief Keef, Rick Rubin Worked on Yeezus

Tonight at Milk in New York, Kanye West held a listening session where he debuted Yeezus. (Yes, Beyoncé and Jay-Z were there.) As the never-before-heard tracks came out, there was one overwhelming revelation: Kanye mentioned that both Chief Keef and Bon Iver's Justin Vernon appear on the same song. It's called "Can't Handle My Liquor". Holy ****.

UPDATE: Kanye also confirmed that Daft Punk worked on three or four songs, shared a track that flipped TNGHT's "Higher Ground" with the Billie Holiday classic "Strange Fruit", and said that Rick Rubin executive produced the album.

Yeezus is out June 18.

Can't Handle My Liquor feat. Bon Iver & Chief Keef :x :x :x Take my money now.

He also flipped "Higher Ground"..... goodness he better come correct with that, that song is bananas.
