Also, I get the point of having people help you on your album, but how you a producer and you only getting co-production credit on your own album. I miss old Kanye, and not in the same way the people who hold on to College Dropout like some security blanket. I just wished he would produce his own ****.
 
No, Hov was not necessary for these songs (and would of been out of place.) This is very 808's meets new style for him. Black Skinhead remix maybe I could see. But none of these others fit into Jay's style. Just different artistic views with this one again. (And I am a Jay stan, my Kanye critique comes from how awful his last set of albums were. This no better, but he tried. I give him credit for it.

na that blood on the leaves beat is too hard to just hear kanye whining on it(last verse was ok). somebody needs to do that beat some justice and who better than jay-z.  i hope he gets someone on their for a proper remix

I personally can't wait to workout to this album. If anything it's great gym music. Unfortunately I gotta take a few days off from the gym, gotta wait for my mouth to heal a bit more from just getting the wisdoms out... :smh:

its ii8 New Slaves sounds like Clique pt 2 imo

Take Drunk and hot girls, mix in 808s autotune and production, take the creepy vibe and spooky voices from beautiful dark fantasy, voilà, this album is the outcome.

Only song I really like is new slaves. It's the only song that actually sounds thought out. Everything else is just random lyrics and strange sounds.

Dude really is the dwyane wade of rap, he was one an unstoppable beast, now he dresses funny, lost his hunger and only turns on the intensity when he wants too, which is rare.

i actually love most of the songs from a musical standpoint. I Am A God and the intro to On Sight is horrible though. :x

Those three are really good, awesome records. The rest of the album I probably won't be listening to for much longer
 
I think Black Skinhead might be the first time I've ever preferred a live version this heavily over the recorded version...why do I feel like Rubin probably stripped this down too much?
