Considering Cole pushed his album release back there's nothing selfish about this. Self-sabatoge on Cole's part. He should take a lesson from his peers (read: Drake). Main point: if Cole doesn't do numbers it's not Ye's fault.
As for Wale.....
He's better off with features anyway. He would've done the same in sales regardless--Ye or no Ye.

he had the bet performance, good fridays, the vma performance, the dark fantasy movie, and he was tweeting all the damn time giving us an inside look on his life & when he was working in the studio and it was all spread out through the summer.
slow buildup this time around but it exploded last night. i really hope the good fridays return + more tweets. he's got 30 days.
