This is off topic but I never knew Swizz beatz did Cry Babies on Luda's Word of Mouf for the lonnnnnnnnngest time.
I think I was scrolling through Swizz discography on wiki and saw it.
When I went back to listen to Cry Babies, I had the weebay.gif face as soon as recognized all the swizz mannerism in the beat

Graduation has a bunch of filler...
Before everyone starts screaming... I like the album (I like almost all of Kanye's work) but imo it's his worst. listened to it on a long drive the other day and *skip skip skip*
Well... maybe 808s is his worst depending on your mood... but Graduation gets a lot of props from people meanwhile those 2-4 bad songs nearly ruined the experience for me.

I understand why he made Drunk N Hot girls.. It's a change of pace and a silly song that appeals to a certain demographic (my white sorority homegirls made it their anthem that year) but it's also super cheesy. And taken by itself, separate from the collective is trash.
Barry Bonds is trash. Wayne ruined a bunch of features that period (*cough* Hello Brooklyn *cough*)
Then you get into some other songs that aren't bad and are pretty well written but I just can't rock with: Big Brother, Bittersweet (til this day I don't understand why everyone in the world but me loves it) and you're left with an album with a bunch of skips in the middle to end for me.
And speaking of, I like the song a lot because it's catchy, but Homecoming is kinda weak too...
But I acknowledge the genius that is Can't Tell Me Nothing (and I put it's remix with Jeezy on my copy) and Flashing Lights. And Champion, The Glory and, when I can stand to bear it's super saccharine production, Good Life are all awesome tracks.
I think that's the problem. Graduation is his most accessible, radio friendly, pop production album. And while that makes some people love it more than the others it appeals to me less because of that.
