No no, I'm sorry I can't upload it. I would get in trouble. Def Jam already supposedly found the dude who leaks Yeezus (he's on KTT- wasn't that difficult)

I was just saying that its different. Different lyrics in some songs, different lengths, different format, and even different songs (no "Awesome" :frown: )

Still I enjoyed the final version a lot. Just wish it had more tracks.

Yea that's what I figured. Is the dude from KTT gonna face legal trouble? If so he's a true legend :pimp:

Didnt listen to ANY songs off the album until today. I resisted all the leaks and early tracks and purchased on release day yesterday. Just finished my 1st listen. All 10 tracks all the way through, no skips or stops................................................... I am disappointed. SMH. This album just doesnt sound good. I see the direction he was trying to go but it just didnt come together for me. There are some good tracks on here but as a complete body of work, this is subpar. MAYBE i'll feel different after a couple of spins but as of now this is his worst album IMO. Sad day.

I've played it a few times. Album is average. Not good but not bad.

Each song has 7-10 producers which makes the album sound all over the place.

"White Dress" >>>> any song on Yeezus

Can you write up about some of the differences? Or have you already?

Yeahh unfortunately, def jam is taking legal action against him. I feel bad for him but the KTT admins were warning him and others that DJ wouldn't just sit back and let their hard word go to waste

Thanks. All first day release pickups.

Not including the WTT digi and CS weird folder thingy lol. Im sure yours looks similar. Maybe less beat up lol
Haha similar. I have doubles and triples. I'm ocd like that and need a copy of each sealed

Well there's a lot. It's difficult to type it all up but some tracks had different lyrics and went longer. I'm in it was 2 minutes longer with guitar rifts at the end for instance. Bound 2 started off with the hook. Blood on the leaves was heavily autotuned throughout (sounded good tho)

If you’re one of the many listening to Kanye West’s newest album Yeezus right now, you should probably learn about producer Rick Rubin. Embedded in hip-hop’s story since the early days of Def Jam, Rubin has produced records for everyone from LL Cool J to Johnny Cash, but it was his minimalist creativity that pushed West to request his talents for Yeezus, officially out on June 18. The Wall Street Journal asked Rubin to explain West’s new sound but he really described hip-hop’s latest direction.

Can you recall a scene from the sessions that might help people understand his method in the studio?
We were working on a Sunday [the same day West attended a baby shower for girlfriend Kim Kardashian] and the album was to be turned in two days later. Kanye was planning to go to Milan that night. Five songs still needed vocals and two or three of them still needed lyrics. He said, “Don’t worry, I will score 40 points for you in the fourth quarter.” In the two hours before had to run out to catch the plane, he did exactly that: finished all lyrics and performed them with gusto. A remarkable feat. He had total confidence in his ability to get the job done when push came to shove.

Anyone else read this?

Lol. Kim's baby shower was on the 2nd. So this dude really last minute threw on some lyrics and dudes have the audacity to make up all kinds of excuses as to why this album isn't what it should be.

This album stinks. Only tracks that are redeemable are Blood on the Leaves and New Slaves sans the Frank Ocean struggle notes.
