Naw no diss to 808 or MDF I actually believe these are classics too.

I personally think Yeezus took hip-hop to the next level and was as important album as there has been in awhile

What did yeezus do for hiphop?

Yeezus was already butt cheeks, not only that, the whole hypocrisy from kanye after he made yeezus made it even worse. What he kept saying in interviews was the exact opposite of what he rapped about in yeezus

Offset, Fredo??? Those the examples we rolling with

So you're giving Ian Connor credit for them wearing supreme, bape, and yeezys?

Yea I don't see it so that will just have to be on me. I'm not saying you're wrong though, I'm probably just a lil out of touch

I think Ian Connor is a ******* dweeb, that said. Dude is right.

Ian Connor LIVES with Fredo, look it up. Like literally lives with Fredo Santana.

Yeah...

The lil dweeb really taught a lot of these rap cats how to dress like a hypebeast.

File that under cruel and unusual punishment

The concept of subjectivity is lost on far too many people. It's a shame

No, it's an overtly novel concept. Elementary even.

It's just that at a point, the consensus has more weight than subjective acclaim.

And the consensus is and remains that Yeezus was trash.

Doesn't help the album has aged poorly.

Aged poorly to whom?

Who's/what consensus?

Subjective stuff pleighboi

If I'm ranking albums in terms of my own personal replay value:

LR
808s (this one hits really close to home. It's pick-me-up album)
CD
Graduation
MBDTF
Yeezus. I didn't think Yeezus was whack but I can play the other albums front to back with no skips.

Yeah, seems like the consensus was and still remains that Yeezus easily his worst effort and just not a good album.

And pro tip: The consensus is never subjective.

Personally got it

MBDTF
Graduation
Late Registration
College Dropout

808s & Heartbreak

Yeezus.

Music is subjective.  Period.

I'm not sure what reviews you're looking at, but it was critically acclaimed.

this is what kanye is the GOAT tbh....you can make a case for any of his albums being his best except for that trash yeezus

So him getting lyrics and verses written for him don't count against him like they do drake?

Please don't disrespect the god mc like that anymore
