im not sure to be honest i guess i kinda got away with one. the bill was under some name i didnt recognize when i got my amex card. cause my old lady was like who/what this is and did i know what it is... so i go back and like nah dont recognize. i go online and do billing history and saw they billed me like a one time charge, then like a month later charged me like 19.99 every month for like 6 months. So i told them i never authorized it and never new it existed. The did some sort of investigation, then sent me a email and like a month later they refunded me all my money. minus the initial i think 9.99
