The GQ thing wasn't working for me until I added another item to my cart. Then at the checkout it asked how much credit I wanted to apply. I deleted the other item so just GQ was left and the credit was still there. Typed in $9.60 for applied credit and the order went through for $0 total

The site is probably getting hit with traffic so it'll take some time for the $10 credit to show up on your account. Give it a hr or 2. When you add it to your cart, on the right it'll ask you how much of your credit you want to use. Then Click Cont. I use Chrome btw.

Yeah you'll have enter a CC. Or you can pay with paypal. I haven't tried the gift card/prepaid card route. But you can also try that if you have one lying around.
