This.

This is what I came in here EXPECTING to see.  I was disappointd.

Air Up needs to come back in a major way.

The Air Up's are plain and wouldn't sell just like the Go's. Which look better than the Air Flight One's and Air Up's.

might wait for an outlet release. don't think these will sell out. maybe the orlando colorway and all black.

Meh, Im bored @ work so ill rebut,
DEM KANKLEZ pictured drastically alter the intended shape of the sneaker and will ultimately affect the intended performance. Basketball shoes are designed and wear-tested specifically for the arche-typical basketball players foot/build (this includes ankles).

And by no means am I saying basketball-types should only wear basketball shoes and vice versa.

But those rookies pictured look

on my mans feet IMO and do the shoe's silhouette no justice at all.

And I dont think I critiqued them (no feedback was given + or - ), more so pointed them out.

And yes, we all are commonly here for the shoes amongst other things.

Im just calling spades man, don't take it personal.

Definitely like the Royals..and the White/Black joints

..but for 200..I will wait until they hit outlets..

There's no way by you saying "Dem Kanklez" , you were talking bout the altered performance and shape of the shoe due to his ankles. It was a bad attempt at a joke.

I disagree, priced at about $120 and in Orlando colorway with a Penny logo, the Air Ups would move. They might move slowly but they would avoid outlets. The Flights ones might hit outlets if released.
Sidenote: The Way Ups priced right would fly off shelves if priced right

Plain?  More like plain and simple. I guess you could sprinkle some glitter on them if they're not flashy enough for your taste.

If they want to come full circle with the Penny line they need to do it right and drop the Air Ups.

Nike don't care if they do.

If a shoe doesn't sell well they cut corners on the next one.

They're the only game in town and they can do whatever they like.

Nothing "flies off" of shelves anymore unless its limited
Jordan Retros, Foamposites, etc. sit in some areas for MONTHS before they are RTVed or simply sent to another location to be sold.

Penny IIs and IIIs flooded outlets and rotted there also til they hit below $70 or less. Penny Is this year sold well online but prob. sitting in stores in over 50% of the country and will make their way to outlets just like the "Suns" colorway has (btw- Suns Penny Is can be had for under $50 now in outlets). 1/2 Cents did poorly after the Royal colorway (limited by the way), all colorways hit outlets and eventually hit outlets for $120,still sat and eventually started moving at about the $90 or less mark (more than 50% off retail). Air Go LWP sat everywhere in retail stores, sent to outlets, and only began moving in outlets at the sub $50 mark (did teh white/royal colorway get scrapped due to poor sales?)

Air Ups and Way Ups will follow same suit...even priced at $120, they will be hard to move, theyll go on sale, be RTVed and/or sent to outlets and wont move til theyre $80, even $70 or less.

I can see Nike limiting most Air Rookies due to the high price tag....but i guess theyll folllow same suit as 1/2 cents...1st colorway (most likely white/royal) will be slightly limited like Royal 1/2 Cents, and theyll sell out. GITD pair will also be limited because of the gimmick. but the rest will most likely sit and rot on shelves til they hit outlets for under $100.

90% of America is not spending $200, hell, not even $150 on a pair of shoes in this economy...and with jordan and nike releasing new models, colorways, retros month after month, how much can people possibly buy?

Give me White/Royal and GITD Rookies and Ill be happy with just those two
