DO NOT wear them in the bathtub, it can cause knee bags. Soak em and don't worry about them too much, apcs are sanforized so water is fine for them

dude. denim stretches out, getrinf them in water shrinks the denim, but IT DOES not reverse the stress. itll resume strerching afterwards.
washing n soaking is.primarily for color. if they are long, hem them or whatever after uve broken them in tocur.comfortable size.

Yeah they have this vinegar like smell to them. Its from the dye, but also means you got crispy jeans. It goes away after a few wears, but I love that smell. Like the smell of new sneakers.

How did you size on them? I have the Ace Ups already in a 30 and they fit perfect. I got the Ace Stay Cash in a 30 and the waist was a lot bigger. Almost two sizes bigger! I could put my hand down the pants when buttoned (although I thought Acne Studios was not vanity sized). So I exchanged for a 29 and they are still bigger than I want. They are more roomy in the crotch and thighs than my other Ace and the waist fits but not like tight which I want since I know they'll stretch out a size after some wear. I measured the waist on the 29 and it was 31 inches. So I'm thinking these are in fact using vanity sizing even though everywhere I've read, and even in my own experience with other Ace, it's best to go TTS. Have to do one more exchange for a 28 then get them hemmed and tapered from the knee down. It will be worth it in the end but this has been a pain lol.

I have a 32 waist and only sized down 1. Still seeing signs of a crotch blow out. I got APC Petit Standards. I got them on January 11th, been wearing them everyday/all day since.

That's interesting that two washes, but same fit are different. I've only owned Max and they all fit the same (I don't own raw), but I stayed TTS for all my Acne. Maybe see if they have a skinnier fit?

im looking to buy some apc's but im confused on their different fits. I usually just wear regular slim jeans. Do the petite standards or new standards fit like slim non-tapered denim?
