^^^^Oh. So people use woolite dark to keep their denim essentially the same color? I just thought that was what you used for raw denim or dark denim.

So to achieve a lighter look with your fads showing, just wash them without woolite?

What part do you need roomier? Waist? thigh? If anything just size up and leg opening will stay the same.

To my knowledge, a jean that is slim down thighs and taper legs usually isn't roomy.

Woolite dark is to keep indigo for more contrast

Woolite dark + lots of wear = more defined fades

For selvedge at least

^^The max jeans you mentioned.

Something one size looser in all areas.

On the hunt for an Acne Ace sale

I was thinking about pulling the trigger on some Fabric brand denim at Fred Segal today. Kinda made me think twice with the similar dyes and feel of APC. Does anyone have experience with Fabric?

How can I get rid of that new denim smell? I can't even explain it really. It's like a weird smell - kind of smells like flour, starch, idk.. I just can't explain it but it doesn't smell right

I'm still on the hunt for a go to pair of either raw or black denim. I'm going to eventually try out the APC PS, and possibly Acne as well. I've also thrown the idea around of going with Saint Laurent, I love the fit/silhouette. Am I buggin' or there are way better alternative's?

I'm having a hard time finding the fit I want in the stores around my way...

Another dumb questions. So my cat pissed on my jeans and I had to hand scrub them because I was afraid to wash them already and the areas where they are creased near the the crotch got lighter. Do people on here hand scrub like the honey comb areas to make the creases stand out, or is that considered cheating? Haha. Again...dumb question but I was just wondering or do you just wait to wash the whole pair of jeans at once?

How do u guys get rid of odors?

Ppl say its ok to just soak em in water or febreeze them

The thing I do is freeze them over night take them out and spray carpet deodorant I don't like the smell of fabreeze and hang them out to air dry. Just a bit info I don't wear my jeans for any activities besides casual wear but after a long night at a bar my technique usually takes care of any weird smell lol

Yeah Febreeze + dryer sheets in the pocket + fresh air = good money

Also another tip make sure if you stick them in the freezer to put them away from food etc or you'll get that freezer food smell lol

just wash the whole pair at whole

no amount of sick fadez is worth smelling like cat piss

None of my jeans smell. Like none of them. I've had other people smell them and they can confirm.

Just take a shower often.

only jeans I ever had that smelled were some nudie thin fins but they smelled from the moment I got them, it just never went away lol. smelled like potato/corn starch or something, it was so annoying and I would be paranoid that people could smell it and would think I needed a shower or some s***. but other jeans I've worn for years through hot summers and everything without washing and no smells. everybody sweats differently I guess, not necessarily a showering issue

If you don't wash your jeans at least do a soak. Your jeans man not stink to you but to someone else they might. The real test is have your girl smell them.
