Nope, not true. 11% body fat..  and no I will not be posting any pictures. You will just have to take my word for it.

There are plenty of people that have my measurements  and they aren't fat. No roids, just a healthy diet, some gym time, and cardio.

you need to post pics. no way your 220 and 11% body fat. you must have A LOT of muscle mass then which again i doubt.

If your stats are 6', 220 at 11% body fat you should look like a body-builder.
Sorry not believing without pics.

And as to this question, I'm 6'4" 200 and have been playing ball all my life.

In undergrad at IUPUI we used to run against the school team, which was D1, and George Hill played there at the time. The first time I played against them I was amazed at their size and speed and quickness. I was used to faster dudes being smaller than me and bigger dudes being slower than me. A 6'8" dude that is faster and quicker than me was just tough to deal with. And other than George none of these dudes even sniffed the NBA.

That said, if I had plays drawn up for me designed to get me open mid-range shots I think I could score a few points. In an open run probably not. But it's the nature of basketball that if you play for long enough (48 minutes let's say), and have decent awareness, eventually you'll get an open shot. So I don't think it's ridiculous for someone here to say they think they could score a few points. If you think you're taking ANY NBA player off the dribble you're delusional. But I don't think it's crazy to think you can run off a pick and shoot a J or take advantage of loose defense and spot up for an open shot.

I don't "need" to do anything, I'm too old to play those kind of games, you have no idea what my eating habits are or what my workout is. I have nothing to prove to you or anyone else on this board.  I have seen what NT does to pics people post on here.
There is no way in hell that I'm going to do that. That's fine if you don't believe me. I do have a lot of muscle mass BTW. But on another note, why would you doubt that 6'0 220 with a low body fat is possible? I achieved that with moderate effort.

ZERO points! I'd be lucky if I can get one jumper to go in for 2-3 points. Don't wanna get fouled either... don't wanna get injured haha.

i don't care if you're 30 or 40 or so called "grown man" by mark jackson

You're FAT in NT until you post a pic lol

don't be afraid of your looks

I wouldn't make it to 48 minutes, because I'm fat and out of shape. I would most likely call for a sub after the first 3 minutes of the game. But for those first 3 minutes, I would score 2 points on 1-9 shooting.

If I was back in my prime, I think I would put up 8-12, maybe 4 assists, and a few rebounds.

I'm not afraid of my looks, I just don't feel a need to justify what I wrote.  Even if I did post a pic unless you know me personally you can not be 100% sure it's actually me. It's not worth it to me.

depends on how many open looks i get..... my assists will be at least 8-9

as of today my speed isnt getting me past anyone in the league execept chauncey and derek fisher.... I'd proabably score 6-8 points half from the free throw line...

if on the fast break i should be good

If you are fat and out of shape, 3 mins would be an eternity for you. And why on earth would you take 9 shots in that short of a span. 3 mins = roughly 6 possessions for your team. 9 shots? Come on man.

Depends what team you were with, If you had a top PG assisting you then Yeah you'll get a few buckets, If you playing in the Cavs for example you will get about 4 points at the most

I actually don't think that's the case in this instance. I think this is more of a stupidity thing, than anything.

It's something idk what it is.

You right bird, idk what these dudes are smoking or drinking.

Prime example.

JJ reddick his rookie year couldn't buy a minute or a bucket on the court and when he did. He looked godawful.

You could prolly count on one hand how many multiple scoring games he had.

This guy is 6'4 and the ACC all time leading scorer...ACC all time leading scorer.

And you mean to tell me most of you dudes, who couldn't start for your local NAIA, d3 or CC. Would step on a NBA Court and score 4 points?

damn that was a good example. I aint about the NBA life

3, after a lucky heave from full court while being fouled to beat the buzzer to come within one point in Game 7 of the Finals. I miss the free throw due to nervousness.
I then go into retirement.

0 pts if I had to create my own offense. Unless dfish is guarding me, I prob can get 2-3
