I have called the credit card centre but the customer service said that I couldn't cancel the transaction. The lady said the transaction can only be cancelled by the shop owner since it has already been billed. :frown:

That's bull call back and ask to supervisor. Tell them you haven't received your item

that doesnt really make sense.....i would call again and speak to a different customer service rep.

the point is to allow you to dispute charges that were billed to you. if you could only dispute/cancel the transaction based on whether the seller agrees, then it totally defeats the purpose.

Thanks for your advices. I have called the credit centre again, another customer service gave me a fax number and told me to fax my details to them. Hope they can help me...

Hi is this site legit www.23factoryoutlet.com they seem to claim they sell real authentic Air Jordan's I contacted them they swear the are authentic but so do a lot of fake websites is they even have a unboxing videos of the shoes on YouTube please let me

Yes, of course they would. there's a lot of dumb people. go on ebay, you'll see guys that sold hundreds of fake 11s with 100% feedback
