lulz, your aim/timing had better be flawless

It would jump at you anyway, right?
but real talk, this is one of my biggest fears. Had two big dogs chase me as a kid, had fears since. If that situation came up, i'd have to put da team on my back and just go at it, cuz i ain't out running the dog

I dont think anyone can sucessfully fend off 8 pitbulls. The ancestors of these things were used in battles

. Matter of fact gimme a suit of armor and excalibur and I'd put in work!

but i havent had one bite me yet, just chase me but some are just territorial and if you cross the street they'll leave you alone.

nearly got bit one day dog started chasing me while running uphill of all times

i deliver packages and always hear stories about dog attacks... if you have a dog in your yard i'm NOT delivering to you.... you better be home

I could outrun the dog easily, I'm a beast at the 200 meters in track. But if I had to confront it, I'd scissor kick it. I afraid of it jumping at me and clinging on so I'm just going to wrap my legs around it's body and flip it on to its head, then either kick it again or run.

If you have time and a coat/shirt you should wrap your coat/shirt around your non-dominant arm. When the dog leaps towards you, present the arm for the dog to bit. Once the dog has bit your covered arm its time for you to go to work however you think you can subdue the animal.

I always said I'd kick the hell out of a dog's face if it came at me, but honestly the @@! happened too fast. It looked up, I noticed it, and then he came full speed. All I had time to do was holler "Oh

s%^!"

I've had stray dogs come after me during running too but I slow down to a stop and see how it reacts... it's in their nature to chase after anything that's moving

They usually settle down... but I figured If it starts charging towards me I'd take my shoe off and use that in case it bites... once it does, sleeper hold

I was walking my moms dog(little Maltese/Poodle mix) one day. I was walking back to her apartment about 5-6 feet away from her building entrance when this dude from an adjacent building yelled "look out"! A pit bull was running at us. I picked up my moms dog crazy fast by the leash and held him and stared down the dog really didnt have time to do anything else. Luckily he didnt lunge at us I slowly back away while staring at him and he actually broke out LOL I felt like a boss but really was scared sh1tless LOL

But I assume u would hit them in the nose.

If they are already locked, push in and pull out real fast....Of course it will hurt but you'll still have ur arm

But seriously, some dogs u just will lose to. This cop put 6 shots from a Colt .45 into a pitt's head before it let go of a smaller dog

No way. Doesn't fit in my pockets, and only girls and cops pepper spray people. I'm not using any weapons in a fight. I'm not trying to hurt the dog, I'm trying to get it to back off.

Besides, I could easily take it

I started carrying a small pocket-knife around me. I'm stabbing necks and faces if they attack. Hopefully if I hurt a few they would get hesitant and run off. I remember my boy got attacked by a stray dog in middle school but, he had pepper on him(substitute for pepper-spray) so he continuously threw it on the dogs eyes and nose until it ran off.

I was attacked by a German Shepard when I was 12. I was walking home from school and it squeezed through a gap in the gate (it was a guard dog for a Karate School) and charged. I ran as fast as I could but he caught me, took me down and started tearing me up. He was biting my face, neck and arms. I did what my Uncle taught me to do. I grabbed his neck with both hands, dug my fingers into it and squeezed as hard as I could until I could feel my fingers meeting in the middle of his neck and I did not let go until he died. Ever since then I hate dogs. I still to this day have 2 scars, one on my forehead and one beside my eyebrow from his teeth. Every time I look in the mirror I am reminded of it. I hate dogs.

Shove my arm down the dogs throat and pull something out. Then proceed to break it's neck.

Of course this all depends on size. I am willing to suffer a bit of pain and a few bites to kill the dog though.

Had a German Shepard bite me on the arm when I was younger as I was tryna grab some candy on Halloween. Luckily my mom had me wearing multiple layers of clothing since it was cold out; the scar just went away a couple of years ago.
