Tiger Woods is BACK!!!!!

The guys are eating this course up.
I watched every hole Tiger played today, he attacked every shot.
He's coming .......

First tee time is in 1hr 30 minutes.

Tiger tees off @ 9:05et

I think he finishes the day within 1 stroke of the lead.

Best part about British Open is waking up a little earlier before work on Thurs/Fri and catching some solid groups.

Would've if he hadn't bogied the first 2.

Looks like he's blown it today with 3 over for the first 2 holes.

Tiger had a horrible start.

He needs to come through on the back nine. Depending on what the leader does he still may have a shot. If he can get on another groove and get in at 3 or 4 under he will be fine.

kdawg kdawg He started the same way yesterday too. Except he had 5 birdies over the next 7 holes or so after that

Let's see this back 9, he's not sniffing the leaderboard though, today

Not today though, finished +3 to be even for the tournament.

McIlroy having a decent Friday for a change and -9 through 14.

^ he is not done today by any means

he probably gonna miss the cut after this disaster on #17

^^17 and 18. Way to sacrifice 5 strokes to the Golf gods.

Change this thread title to....

"Tiger Woods ISN'T Back"

well the birdie on 18 was clutch, looks like he might make it. we'll see

Man thank GOD 18 was a birdie.
I checked his score online and read it wrong.
400

Read the last line as +3/17 and +2/18

Man, he made the cut.

# 17

went OB right with the driver, had to re-tee and went ugly left into the deep crap with the driver again

perfect recipe for a triple bogey

Tiger shouldn't even have his driver out though. He didn't use it yesterday and was hitting most fairways in regulation, he used it today to try and steal a couple strokes on holes like #1, Those driveable par4's and the short par 5's.
It cost him,
It cost him the cut almost

I don't see him winning a major anytime soon. Hope he proves me wrong tho and passes jack

Tiger 5 strokes off the lead going into the back Nine on day one of the Bridgestone Classic.

Until he loses this tourney on Friday with two days left, the thread title holds true, in my mind at least

Tiger concedes after he tee'd off on the back nine today.
Said to have been in major pain.

Next week is the last major of the year. PGA Championship.
We shall see

Just don't see his body holding up to pass Jack at this point. Shame that he is breaking down physically
