Heated. Was high bidder on an eBay auction for St. Anthony PEs, but reserve wasn't met.

Not sure what the point of having a reserve price is. Why not just start the auction at what you want the reserve price to be?
 
^Never understood it either. But some of those dudes put them up for a certain price, with a reserve price in mind, but they wait for people to message them and set up deals that way to avoid fees. I've ran into that a couple of times. Some guys like you said, just don't get what they hoped for. My thing is, why not just set up a BIN.
 
Seller also set a BIN at $300 (which shows dude seriously overvalues them IMO). I messaged him to see what the reserve price was, but never heard back. In the end, I put in a bid for what I think they're worth and kept it moving. My bid didn't meet the reserve even though I ended up being the highest bidder. Maybe if dude doesn't get the money he's looking for, he'll drop the reserve after a while...
 
^ He will. Had a dude contact me after 2 months of my initial offer, saying he'd accept my offer. I'll wait another few weeks then counter it, cuz the pair I want isn't moving.

Glad to see they sent you those socks man, they're nice. I don't think I'd wear them with the MSG Questions but they are a perfect fit for the black/gold Answer 1s.
 
I made the mistake of only ordering the Kamikaze, I need to grab the Question MSG - How low do you think theyll be up?
 
Word is a couple lows may hit the market later this year.. in a small way.....   maybe red toes, maybe blue toes... a couple of core colors etc...

Got the socks.... But not the ai socks they sent me the token38 socks :/ oh well at least i got something :smile:

Yeah, that's true. They weren't even supposed to send socks for those msg shoes anyway. That was really nice of them.
