sent my request... We'll see what happens, surprised site crashed as it seemed there was 0 hype for these
 
Just got a sz 12 sold out that I could resubmit for 12.5? With all of this makes me way less interested in these.... Pretty embarrassing that they didn't accomodate for the additional bandwidth on their site

Pathetic release imo. Glad I grabbed wind chills.
 
I really wanted a pair of the Major's, but wasn't really excited about the $180 price tag. The website going down and having to email request an invoice seemed like a terrible way to handle a release, so I bowed out once I saw that on Instagram.

Way too much effort to overpay for some shoes. Reminded me of a Nike/JB release. Hope other collabs aren't handled the same.

They sold a lot, so I guess it was a success in their eyes. I just can't be bothered to jump through hoops to overpay for a product.
 
Looks like Major used the same checkout method as City Blue did on their 'Mystery Monday' Jordan restock last week.   When the shoes went live on the site there's add to cart or link for the shoes.   You simply fill out an request / form with your information, size, etc and they send you an invoice to your Pay Pal if you won.  Cuts down on bots automatically carting pairs.  Good in a way I guess, but also sneaky behind the scenes way of justifying who wins pairs.

Not surprised to hear Major jacked up this release. I know peeps in the Asics thread have had very negative things to say about their drops of other collabs (not their own) - apparently they either backdoor everything or sell all their stock on ebay at resell prices. I never even heard of them til their Vent collab last year, which was incredible, but I bought it from Livestock.
 
It took like 2 hours, but I finally got an invoice and got my size 13. check your regular Emails, not Paypal. It seems like the bigger sizes stuck around.  I mean I'm kinda happy I got mine, but this **** was weak. Everyone deserved to grab a pair. They should have been prepared better imo! I hope you all get your size, real talk!

I emailed them 2 minutes after the pic went up from 3 different emails and did not get a reply until 7pm saying the closest to my 12 they had was 13.5. Pathetic release format.
 
Keep seeing 25% off the entire site on Reebok.com with the code "Friends", but when I tried to apply it to the red toe Questions it doesn't work ?  Anybody else having that issue ?
