11-12 NTPI Fantasy Basketball (Season 2)

Hi guys! Here is the new thread for season 2 of our fantasy league. As I said the deadline was supposed to be Friday but seems like some past GM's still haven't confirmed.

Here's the list:

From last season:

1. melo15fan 
2. daveyyy 
3. hellomarco
4. lastchance21
5. blasdiaz 
6. gh0stface05 
7. kingferic 
8. jethro

NEW GM's:

1. rubynator
2. kobeoverbron
3. flip_jumpman1

Past GM's who still haven't confirmed:

1. maxtempo96 (anyone knows where he is? it's just not right if last year's champ won't be able to defend his crown)
2. Miguel_Dabu
3. hiruma
4. airJOBO
5. jc10
6. adge


Anyway, past GMs can still sign-up as long as there is still a slot available. If anyone out there want's to join, we still need at least 3 more teams!

@2ndchosen1 - yup league still open..

Quick UPDATE:
we are now at 13 teams including maxtempo96 and 2ndchosen1, still need 1 more to complete the 14.

HUGE UPDATE:

Looks like we can only have an even number of teams, so I have to make a tough decision, the last GM to sign-up was 2ndchosen1 so his league invite will be pending until another member joins the league to complete the 14.

I've renewed the league and invites to all the managers (old & new) have been sent out. As you will see the max number of teams in the settings is 18, so I can make invites without deleting the former managers & so they can still join if they decide to.


DRAFT:

- I think an offline autopick draft is the way to go since not most of us can go online at the same time so better adjust your pre-draft rankings.
- Maybe we can have the draft on Wednesday or Thursday so I hope that all managers have accepted/joined the league at that time so we can push through with it just in time for opening day on Dec 26 (PHI time).

I suggest we give it until the end of the day (12/20 11:59PM) to get 2 more teams to join. But if we'll end up with 13 teams by 12mn, then we need to drop the 13th GM.  

Let's begin the draft tomorrow or latest Thursday so we still have enough time to plot our gameplan before the season officially starts. smiley: smile

it depends bro.. we need another team to join to make it an even 14. The other member 2ndchosen1 who wanted to join is nowhere to be found, I checked his profile and looks like he isn't active, only 1 post and last checked in NT last dec 12.

If we could get another team to join then I'll go ahead and send you the invites.

i think live draft is always better. we have full control of the roster we're getting, compared to the autopick even if we prepare the ranking. plus, it's one of the more fun parts of the game!
