Nike Air Max Hyperposite, New $225 Foamposite Shoe in 2012

tbh, i haven't tried on the new brons so i can't comment on comfort, but in terms of aesthetics i def have to agree!!

Xs are definitely way more comfortable than the Hyperposites. I've played in the Hyperposites and absolutely love them. I have not hooped in the Xs yet. I will sometime soon.

THE SOL'S AND NAVY'S I SAW ON DISPLAY AT HOH IN HARLEM WERE STILL THERE WHEN I WALKED BY TONIGHT... THE NAVY'S WERE ALSO IN CHAMPS.. AND I BELIEVE CHAMPS HAS SIZES LEFT

The SoL in the display case is a size 10. Not sure when/if they are going to sell it.

BTW, if you still refresh the NDC page, it doesn't show the typical "PRODUCT NOT FOUND" or sold out message...it still loads the actual shoe page and only where the sizes typically are is there a "Out of Stock" symbol. I smell another restock coming. Keep checking guys.

Quick question, does everyone agree these run TTS? Just curious. I tried on a pair and I normally wear a 12/13 (depending on the shoe) and I went to HOH. They didn't have a Hyperposite in 12 so I tried an 11 (I believe) and it fit. A tad bit snug, but not uncomfortable. Any advice on others who have hooped in them? Curious cuz Nike shop has a 11.5 in Black/Crimson on a mad deal and I wanna make sure the size is good to go. Thanks.

I feel that they def run TTS for me. I am a 12 and got a 12 and they fit perfectly. Loved hooping in them. At first they were a bit sung while hooping and laced up. But after a couple wears they felt much much better.

I tried on an 11 in the store and they felt a bit snug to me (normally an 11) but i didnt really get a good unlacing done on them I have a 10.5 SOL coming in to hope that if i unlace them they'll be able to fit, but we'll see. Still on the hunt for an 11 or 11.5 though cause i know i can fit those

Finally ordered some Hyperposites thanks to the NDC clearance coupon. $135. Very excited. The foamposites were always a big part of my youth. I remember fondly getting the foam one, foam max, flightposite, flightposite 2 on release day. When I went off to college I got out of it a little bit, skipping the flightposite 3. Hoping the Hyperposite lives up to the legacy. I was very dissapointed with the Skyposite, but the Hyperposite seems like the perfect shoe for me (I'm a big guy).

If you have anything other than a narrow foot you wont have a good time. This seems to be the case for almost everything with hyperfuse in it and most new releases now. my foot is pretty standard size but my left foot is a tiny bit wider so i have to get a size bigger for pretty much anything that isnt a retro these days. got my fireberries AND amares in my regular size and regretted it.

In other news, I just got the obsidians in this morning and in my opinion go harder than the SOL's. the hyperposite in general is gonna be a shoe that Ppl will be regretting they slept on when they are gone. Especially the obsidian's.

Best bet would be to try them on.

I have NOWHERE near a narrow foot and TTS works for me but that's just me.

The reseller/hypebeast in me would trade SOL's for Galaxy's in a heartbeat because of the obvious reason: more hype/higher demand/resale value. But the "shoe appreciator" in me would definitely keep the SOL's ... 1) Not as hyped. 2) Colorway is unique and original. 3) More comfortable. 4) The overall look of SOL's is nicer than the galaxy's. To each his own...

everything in this post echoes my sentiments on the SOL'S.Keep em.

Footlocker tweeted "Root Beer" as a nickname for the brown hyperposites

Why does a nickname have to given to every shoe these days??
