Finish Line Winner's Circle Rules Change....NO MORE RESTRICTIONS!!!!

When you are on the final order review page, before submitting your order, click on edit shipping address and then hit Update shipping address.  It should now list your shipping fees as FREE.

Also, I found that if you checkout as a guest using the same email and then entering your WC rewards #, you have no problems using your $20 rewards.  I was having problems with using them after placing one order where I used a $20 reward.  Basically, they worked one time and after that I wasn't able to use another on my regular account.  They are not tied to your account either.
Wait does that shipping address trick really work? Just click update and theyll ship it for free?
Yep.  Just received an order for a sweatshirt and socks that was under $20.  Also just had another order for jordan compression shorts at 19.99 shipped.  I wasn't charged for shipping on either order.

has anyone ever actually gotten FNL to apply a $20 reward to a previously made order? I've called them twice now to apply this to my order for 13's and still nearly 3 weeks later, nothing. the CSR rep keeps saying it'll show up, but it never does. :x

I had placed 2 orders for the bred 11's on the 23rd. I called fnl the next day and had 2 wc rewards applied, one for each order. It took about 10-14 days for me to get refunded for both of them. But the crazy part is, I randomly tried one of the wc rewards # again and it allowed me to use it so I placed an order for the air flight one's and used the free shipping trick, another $20 saved.:smokin

i dont think there was ever restrictions on WC Rewards, now those 10 off purchase of 60 or more coupons yea but WC nah never had any problems ordering anything with my WC rewards.

there was a restriction at one point. it was mainly on jordans but other items were included in the exclusion.

My only complaint is they OVERCHARGE on shipping whereas Nike.com gives free shipping. Using the coupon for an online purchase sometimes just gives you free ship and a few dollars off.

you mean you arent happy that they charge for shipping instead of overcharge?

not all places ship for free. ndc is the only one that doesnt it consistently. footocker, footaction, champs, eastbay all charge for shipping and ship slower than finishline's cheapest method (smart saver vs ground).

Has anyone used a wc card more than once. The reason I asked is I used my card on the grapes and today I could have applied the same card to another order

Yea I like this no restrictions my homeboy just got the grapes for 150 and I had to pay the 170 needless to say I got my rewards card in order will most definitely be taking advantage of this

I wonder the same thing. I have purchased so many pairs off their site and still nothing.
this was my issue as well but you have to let them know who you are when you purchase your kicks so they can look you up in the system and apply your reward

I've bought multiple pairs of Jordans from FNL these past few months and I have not received any WC cards. I remember getting one a while back but I didn't even know there was one on it's way. Now that I be expecting them I don't be getting ****. Are Jordan purchases excluded from their rewards program?

I called yesterday actually, because I made a purchase and didn't have my card and wanted the points added. Some times it takes 3-6 weeks to even add the points in the system. So this could mean it may take 2-2 1/2 months to actually get the rewards.

I'm having problems with getting finishline to actually ship me my winners circle cards. I never receive my cards, but I always imput my winner's circle number and on the history of purchases, all my purchases show up, but they don't get mailed.

same here.

earlier this month it showed $2000+ on my WC balance, but i checked it again this week, and it's down to $97.

not sure if they mailed them out (doubt it), but i haven't received anything in a while, and I know i've spent more than $200 before then.

If you are a member of eastbays membership club(annual fee i believe) you get free shipping on everything (and returns)

duh... and you don't get free shipping for a return. they take the cost of shipping out of the refund.

i tried to use my winners circle $20 rewards for the toro 4s and they told me that you can no longer use it on new jordans. I've been using my rewards on all my other jordans until the toro 4s. does any one know when they changed this?

they lied to you.

1000

nothing to be upset about. try taking it locally, with receipt, and tell them you didn't have time to put the reward in since you were rushing to put your order through.
or you can call customer service with the same story.
