I used my WC rewards both online and in-store, even on sale items. It's the coupon that they didn't allow me to use on Jordan's. WC rewards is pretty much the same as cash

Ya, like it has already been stated, they only have restrictions on coupons. The 20 rewards can be used on any product. It has been that way for a while. MY problem is I always forget I have em lol. Had three of them expire last time hahah But last time I used my 20 reward on some jordans was for the cement IV.
 
yeah finishline is great...footaction and footlocker cards as well...they also send u bday coupons too so very worth it
 
You just gotta act nonchilliant when you hand them the coupon, instead of asking "can I use this on these jays" or whatever your preference is, I asked footaction about the 10/20$ one I got from them a couple weeks ago and if I could use it one the Jordan 1s they said no, so I went to another footaction not too far away and bought a pair of Chicago 1s, handed the employee my coupon card and he didn't say anything, just typed in the numbers for it and I got my chicagos for 95 plus tax, idk how he was able to do it but it worked and I didn't say a word about it

That doesn't matter, it just matters who the employee or manager is.

the old school trick used to be using the coupon on your order...and then calling customer service and ask them to apply your rewards bucks to the order..

im not sure if they cleaned that up though..

FYI - this still works.....i put in the 20 dollars off coupon on my order yesterday...then i tried input the WC rewards....ii noticed they only took 20 off, but my WC rewards was "marked as used"..I called FNL and they refunded me 20 bucks and sent me a new rewards card....cant go wrong with the outcome..
 
So....... Can I just buy like 4 t-shirts or a couple packs of socks (separate transactions) and use a WC reward for each transaction(4 total) and do a no receipt return for all of it and get $80 store credit credit?
 
Can I combine my $20 cards? And when I went to the exclusions page it says jordan brand is excluded :x
 
^ No you can't combine the WC coupons, in-store.

Don't know about online.

& also retros aren't excluded on the Rewards coupons.
 
Nevermind, after "call me" played for about 5 minutes someone picked up. I can use my WC rewards on anything. Can't combine WC rewards though :frown: but I could combine it with a coupon.

Has anyone had issues with putting in your WC Reward and when you hit apply it does nothing? Usually it will show you in the order -$20.00. In my case it shows nothing and I don't want to complete the order to find out later that it didn't take the rewards and have to call customer service.

^^^ This happend to me bro. I called customer service they said they would resend me new ones....have yet to receive them. I have no idea why they didnt work when i never used them smh FNL.

My wc reward didn't work as well. Does it work on everything? I was trying to get a few pairs of nike elite socks.
