I don't know how you can sleep comfortable at night thinking this ..... Charlie Clips, Daylyt, Chilla, all better than ya boys.
 
Its all subjective in my eyes.

I cant have clips in the top 5 until he have 2-3 battles with 3 full rounds where he actually wins.

Chilla cant get a lot of top tier people so idk where to rank him to be honest

And to keep it 100. There would be no surf if there wasn't a Mook. When smack stopped doing the battle rap DVDs grind time took over. While grindtime was pretty popular for what it was, there wasn't many smack caliber battle rappers rapping at the time. Mook had the schemes, he had he name flips, he did everything.

Off subject Mook beat lux twice.

The only people that deserve an actual shot at Mook RIGHT now is clips, hollow, math (for nostalgic purposes). Surf has had more chokes and debatable battles then 80% of the smack roster. He just sells himself so high so fans put him on this pedestal.

If there was no Julius there would be no Michael. That doesn't mean that Mike wouldn't give Doc work, so that analogy is washed imo.

As far as what Mook gets, he gets to make a legitimate claim at being the best. I don't think anyone can say that right now without being biased.

Surf, Verb, & Norbes were right when they said Mook's resume was trash compared to theirs. Mook's last two battles include 1 that was unbearable to watch and another that took place in an arena that was set up for people who aren't even casual fans to attend.

He clearly lost to Millz and a lot of people say that he lost to Arty. Lux 1 was a debatable L, Jones was a debatable W, then then there's Young Hot. None of his on camera work is CRAZY in fact his craziest performance that was against someone who was complete trash. What's so impressive about that to where you feel comfortable calling him the best ever?

His victory against Lux at total slaughter was based upon taking angles that Hollow spit against him in UW and taking it to a main stream stage. He didn't bring anything different to that match up.

Call a spade a spade.



Side note: I can't say Daylyte or Chilla are better than Surf in good conscious. Charlie is better than him, he just BS's too much for me.

Looks like we may start seeing eye to eye again at some point. I don't know how Mook can be the best when he lost to Lux (1st go around) and to Serius .... "You can't be serious dawg, this is like Serious Jones versus Curious George" ....

Man, I know Mook and all them are pioneers, but grind time was out on West doing their thing, and Daylyt vs Passwordz was crazy ... Daylyt helped keep the game afloat when he was battling anyone and everyone. Respect should be given for dude who made dudes step their bar game up. Look at all his videos and each video has at least 250-300K in views.

I'll let Mook slide only because he has battled best of the best, when they were at their (so-called) best. Surf has never been that nice to me but I could be bias and wrong. This is all based on opinions and who prefers whose style.

I also give Head Ice plenty props. He may not be "nice" but he has entertaining battles, and catchy one-liners ... He has been an OG that actually got better over time. I think KOTD helped save his career.
 
Mook is a legend, but I always said he lost to Millz.

I call the 1st battle w/ Lux a tie.

I think he'll beat Surf tho, he has more to lose AND gain from beating Tsunami than Surf does beating Mook.

Still interested in the SM5 matchups. I do think however that Surf will be battling Mook then.

I also hope the Big T vs Daylyt won't be a let down.
 
for the record besides Lux who else Mook got under his  belt.  Solomon was basically a PG that nite. He beat Lux and......if you wanna take it back to serius thats debateable?  Again how is Mook a legend? Lux killed Cal, debatably beat Hollow then went down to Mook, Mook needs a clear, Top Tier Body.  So it has to be Clips, beating Hollow wouldn't do nothing for nobody rn except for the PGs

Mmmmm... I guess because it's not a clear loss you can say it was a debatable win. However, I think most people left that battle feeling like Hollow won.

and imo, DOT vs Bill collector might be battle of the night cause its one of the first and the crowd will be lit. Those two are entertaining

Son is trash, has always been trash. That one lucky W against Hollow was all he ever did.
Chilla got that battle, but I'm extra tired of Cons style, just a bunch of random unconnected bars.

That 3rd Con round.... Comically bad.
