man im in the process of restoring a few pairs i want to wear again low 2s whit navy and columbia, low 12s taxis, and sum og hare 7s but im learning so much from this thread like stripping the paint and the type of brushes to use thanks alot.

Here is a run down, I whitened and removed the stain from the mesh, re painted the white leather parts, and of course redid the suede. Finally I used the sauce to whiten the rubber after removing the paint that was on the outsole.

I hadn't had a pair of red, white, and black Air Jordan I's since my orginal's when I was 3 years old. Needless to say when I restored an original pair a couple years ago I wanted a pair for my collection. This weekend when I ran across a pair of white and red I's I knew I had a project. Not to mention they were 59.99, plus 20% off, plus a $5.00 off! I didn't change the lining on the inside because it seemed like a waste of time.
