I don't normally rock this kind of joint, but since they're lunar and whatnot, I figured they'd be a good excuse to get my grown-man shoe on.
Glad I did – they're outstanding.
The sole (the lunarlon part) doesn't look as high or obtrusive in real life. In this navy colorway, it just looks like a crepe sole – the kind that's on Clarks Wallabees...
As for sizing, just try on a pair of Cole Haan wingtips. It's basically what they are, except with a lunarlon sole. That's what I did, and they fit exactly the same (thankfully).

Someone earlier mentioned that he got his local Cole Haan to order them for from NYC and then ship them, as these are only available in the NYC SoHo location.
I got my sister to buy them as she works in the area, then ship to me up in Toronto.

Well the release date for the leather uppers is for the SoHo store, but the primary versions will slowly be making their way to the other Cole Haan stores. I called my local Cole Haan (SF) and they put me on a list with the color and size I wanted. The gentleman said that he would call when they receive them. My suggestion is to call your local Cole Haan or call the SoHo store because they will ship them.
Also, Cole Haan sent me a 20% off coupon that ended 2/29/12. Im hoping that I can find a discount on these.

This makes sence. I normally wear a 10 in nikes, but my dress shoes tend to be 8.5-9. Probably best to treat them as a dress shoe. Whats the price on these?

The availability of these shoes is wack... price isnt great either. Still I like some of the new leather colorways but its gonna be $$$$ money by the time I source a pair!
