nah man, you're more than welcome to fly down. lemme know what game and i'll look into tickets if you're serious

I'm probably gonna have 2 extra seats for the game Sunday. Will sell them for face value if they do in fact become available.

my offer in the rockets thread stands for most NT'ers that i know of (statis, blackxme, peep, jewbacca)

Rockets game. I gathered a group of 41 coming to the Dallas game on Friday 11/1. Group tickets upper sidelines $30 each. Might be able to get more.

#teamhouston

Unfortunately, I live out here in So Cal. But I plan to make a trip back to Houston to catch a game texans & rockets, maybe sometime in December. 8)

Seems like along with Owen Daniels injury, Keshawn Martin is looking like he'll miss this game (nothing major though). Funny then if he is out, Keo will be returning punts, and Manning will be returning kicks. Manning should be returning kicks anyway.

Andre Johnson to start Sunday; Keshawn Martin a game-time decision

Texans coach Gary Kubiak met with reporters after practice today and said that receivers Andre Johnson (leg) and Keshawn Martin (shoulder) had returned to practice and would be game-time decisions for Sunday’s game against the St. Louis Rams.

When informed that Johnson had already told the media that he would start against the Rams, Kubiak said, “Good? I like that.”

Johnson, who leads the team with 37 catches for 407 yards, has been playing with a badly bruised shin since the loss at Baltimore that started the current three-game losing streak.

“I feel better this week than last week,” Johnson said.

Martin is the third receiver who plays in the slot. He has six catches for 92 yards. Martin also returns kickoffs (26.3-yard average) and punts (4.6).

Right guard Brandon Brooks (toe) returned to practice on Wednesday and will start against the Rams.

It looks as if inside linebacker Tim Dobbins (hamstring) will miss a third consecutive game.

Well guys, almost game time. Either another pick 6 will end the Schaub era and begin the Yates/Keenum era, or Schaub will have a great game and a band-aid will cover this c-4 explosion, and have us with fool's gold heading into KC next week. Let's...go.

Wow...the rams Texan Fans...the rams. Let the Johnny Football Jon Gruden chants begin

No thanks.

Rolling with Keenum, was never much of a TJ Yates fan, especially after this preseason, but if we get out of playoff contention, we HAVE to take a look at Keenum but for now, if we're in the playoff picture, it's Schaub.

I don't want Manziel though, #TeamMariota love his game.

3rd and goal from the 6 and we played with our Dbs heels on the goal line. They throw quick slant, touchdown. We're playing horrible right now, penalties, turnovers.

Ball is in your court Bob McNair.

Yea it's time for a change. Kubiak can go too. His play calling is too predictable and too conservative. May Shaub....... Trash can juice

Kubiak, Schaub, Joe Marciano, GET THE **** OUTTA HERE!!!! Schaub didn't even have a bad game, but you cant move one guy and not the other.

i think the texans are officially cursed ever since..........................................

that vanilla ice concert.

ok they won that game but it sure wasn't pretty and it has been downhill from there.

I don't condone the fans booing Schaub getting hurt at all and it is classless but I just don't like that the team is using the media to deflect the real issue of the team not playing well in all 3 phases today. For the past 4 weeks to be exact.

Kubiak should be getting straight heat today & tomorrow but the bigger story just may be Schaub getting booed while injured.

Agree about that Statis, very wrong to boo your own QB after an injury like that. Spot on about them deflecting blame too. It's sad that the organization does that, instead of actually holding themselves accountable for their performance.

Some people are just morons, it's same situation that happened last year in KC with Cassel.

As far as the team goes there comes a time when changes are necessary. Coaching is a huge part of the problem right now, along with some players who are under performing( namely Schaub and Reed ). I'm just so frustrated with this team because there's no way they should be 2-4. And I don't know what else you need to see from Kubiak, it's evident that he isn't getting the job done, two seasons of winning aren't enough to justify keeping him. Bob McNair should be getting plenty of heat, patience is nice to have and you don't want a revolving door of head coaches but Kubiak just isn't a good head coach. And I hate how ownership/management isn't proactive whatsoever, they wait until things become so bad to make a change ( i.e. hiring Wade or signing J.Jo)

And this is the perfect year to go and grab a QB who can keep your franchise in contention for the coming years.

Schaub wasn't boo'd when he got hurt, people were cheering and it was beyond embarrassing.

Ed Reed is stealing money from the Texans, dude needs to retire.

This.

I missed the game, how bad was it?

I saw the box score :rolleyes

I saw Foster was gashing them but no TDs
:smh:

Very bad. A Hopkins fumble and Johnny Ace Jr. return of it killed an initial Texans drive, Kareem had a 40 PI penalty (which was hardly anything, but whatever), D-line wasn't getting the pressure like they should have, Martin was stripped immediately on an KR and the Rams ran it in 10 yards later. It was overall a bad performance from top to bottom. The thing is, Dre, Hopkins, and Foster all looked good on the stat sheets, and Schaub was not making any mistakes, but if you don't put it in the endzone, it doesn't matter. Yates kept our pick 6 streak alive (98 yards), and didn't do anything to put pressure on Schaub's starting job, nor stay ahead of Keenum. And they made Sam Bradford look like he was worth his original contract. It was disgusting.

Schaub was running around on the slideline after leaving the game and looked completely fine. Saw it with my own 2 eyes. If he doesn't play next week cause he's "injured", I'm not buying it for a second lol

Short fields definitely played a big part, but this is also the first time that the defense was also part of the problem. I don't remember the total yardage, but by halftime, offense & defense was close to 100 yards worth of penalties, while the Rams had 2 for 20 yards at the same point.

Matt Schaub not alone on injury report

Besides quarterback Matt Schaub having an MRI on his lower right leg, including his foot and ankle, strong safety Danieal Manning had an MRI on his knee.
Schaub and Manning left the game in the third quarter.

Fullback Greg Jones (ankle) and cornerback A.J. Bouye (hamstring) also were injured.
