He estimated about $50-$60 based on a $411 declared value on the box. But the wonderful EU company I ordered from used UPS to ship and I've heard they throw their fees on top.

$50-60 isnt much honestly & depending on what company was used you can get it totally waived..... personally i wouldnt sweat it... because you know you have a pack coming

True that. I just wanted my pair to rock anyways and seeing that I completely failed on RD as well as this morning's restock, it is nice knowing they're still on the way.
So who would waive these custom fees? The EU site or the shipper?

fedex or ups could waive it... if its usps they will want the moeny at the door or they will return them to the sender

USPS has never charged me customs fees, but UPS has. Might just vary depending on whom you're dealing with...

Woke up at 5 (8ET) called up and the lady said they didnt have any and wasnt sure if they would again, So i thought i was safe to go back to bed and this happens

Glad people were able to benefit from the restock! That's what NT is SUPPOSED to be about.
Funny thing is, I think those who copped from the FNL restock will get their pairs before some of those who copped from Eastbay on RD lol .

Man I can't believe that. After calling and checking the page for a while I had to go to bed. I was up all night with my 3 week old boy giving my wife a break and I couldn't hold my eyes open any longer. Then, wouldn't you know it, they actually restock. Just my luck.
I just keep waiting and hoping that I might catch a break.

shhhhishhh I woke awhile ago at 5am for the fnl restock/ kept checking till 530am/ So I went back to bed/ the i check back seeing the pages jump/ damnnn missed another chance/ ohh well at least my EASTBAY backorder is preparing to shipped via ups

Never trust people over the phone. If it's customer service at a major shoe retailer and you're asking about info of a restock, they are clueless. If it's a shoe store, then they are most likely lying to you so their homeboys can cop lol.
Look at it as a lesson learned.

Im just used to being to cop the releases i want preety easy because of the nikestore close to me hasnt been crazy popular. Not used to needing restocks to get what im looking to get
