id file a claim just to be safe.

did they say they didnt send tracking? what store or any website doesnt send shoes or any item without tracking these days? too many fraud type dudes out there in the first place looking to take advantage in the first place.

I wouldn't file a claim just yet, just gunna be a headache for them. Ive ordered from them before. Some places overseas take a while because customs like to sit on 'em for a week or so. You should be fine just be patient.

agreed. i've waited 5 weeks to get my shoes from overseas before. Sat in customs forever.

Its been less than 3 weeks.
 
Still file the claim. If you don't file a claim in 2 weeks then you waive your right to file a claim. Cancel the claim if you get the shoes

LOL of course people are putting new insoles in these, and any other IV.  IV's are the most uncomfortable, non cushioned shoe ever.  Throw in that the new insoles help increase the life of the shoe.... I feel sorry for the flintstone foot that thinks this shoe isn't in need of a new insole, that thing has had a rough life.

If you need to add an insole to prevent cracking after a few wears on a pair of shoes that you paid $160+ for.. :smh:

Or for comfort on a "quality" product? Cmon son. Do you hear yourselves?



Side note- went to the mall today. Saw about 4 or 5 people wearing these in a hour or two time span. Plus Champs still had a size 8 on display.. Probably their last pair..

This is the follow up email they sent me upon notifying them that I haven't received my package.  The next email essentially said to check my neighbors houses (lmfao) or go to the local post office as they may be being held at the sort facility... any help is appreciated thanks NT.

And also, claim has already been submitted to paypal, now I have a time table of 2 weeks to officially submit the claim.  I am going to check at the local post office facility tomorrow that all my orders of shoes/merchandise go through before going out for delivery... if they are not there and I receive no relevant info, then I will officially submit my claim to paypal and once they refund the money then I will just cop off of fleabay considiering they are only like 200-220 on there ...

Sorry but i think the IV would disagree.  And they both suck.  But the 4 are worse on my feet. 

But either way, an after production insole is made to make that better, and it does.  Despite what spizike thinks
