@rman402 thanks! I actually found those in the for sale section on another message board, been sitting there since last summer.

Not sure what size you guys wear but here are a few vintage jerseys up on eBay..

Douglas did not come into the league until 1995 but that jersey is from 1992... looks like a unfinished customized jersey.

Quick question. Where are you guys sending nfl blanks to be customised. EPS doesnt do nfl jerseys as far as I know.

You're right they don't anymore. I found a local spot. I've never contacted them, though I plan to for something a little different I have in mind, but google STT Sports. They do Seattle teams & have various colors of twill on their site so they may do other stuff. It couldn't hurt to ask.

Yeah, that is a beauty. I bet you were happy to hear that Brown is finally going into the HOF this year, long time coming.

Bettis shouldn't have had to wait as long as he did either imo. I still think about him when it's 3rd & 2 or 3 and we're in shotgun formation.
 
@Ciscokid  Yeah, that was definitely cool to see, just as a fan of the game. I enjoyed his speech, too.

Crazy to think Al Davis went from having the foresight/nerve to take him, a punter,  in round 1 to drafting the biggest arm or fastest 40 time year after year.

I'm assuming you're a Raider fan, I know those more recent drafts had to be frustrating, '07 Russell > Peterson.

Oakland's former qb, Terrelle Pryor, is actually from the area I grew up in. His HS alma mater plays mine & he has family that's still in my hometown. I would always bs with his grandfather at the bar.
 
sixburgh sixburgh Man the last decade has been rough for raider fans. That's cool, I like Pryor but he just didn't develop as a qb like u would want. It was exciting seeing him round around for a bit tho

I emailed bigtimejerseys and got a response from the actual lady in the video. Though that was pretty cool. Anyways I asked if she could do a Mavs blank for me but she says it would have to be tackle twill letters and numbers because she only has mesh numbers for the Suns. She did however say that she could do NFL jerseys so I will send her some blanks as soon as I get them in from ebay.
 
Yeah, I actually emailed her also to get some NFL jerseys done, no go on the Rams but she'll do the Vikings.

Quick little tip if you're stripping jerseys and want to remove any of the bleeding from the twill. Use Oxyclean Max Force to get any stains out, do not use the Clorox bleach pen it will leave yellow rings on your white jerseys. And soak your jersey over night in hot water in Oxy clean versatile detergent, watch that jersey turn bright white the next day, safe on colors also.

That was a quick turnaround based on your posts. Are you willing to share who and where? I get Premier jerseys for fit vs authentic but like to get the name and number done with the official double tackle twill instead if the cheap retail heat press set.

However, even though I said I used the Official Letterer, I did not. I used Triple Threat Sports in Mokena. It was opened by an employee of City Sports Lettering. I chose TTS because CSL employees were rude and did not know if they had matching red EDGE nameplates. TTS had amazing customer service and matching red EDGE nameplate + exact same letters. It makes a big difference when you have OCD and want exactly what the players wear.

at forever! @rman402  is right on the button. They do take a long time, but they do quality work. A while ago I sent in a Dodgers blank to get customized. I sent the jersey in for customization in February. I didn't get the jersey back until July. I completely forgot about it. I got a package in the mail one day and was like "what the hell is this"?

I don't know how their turn around time is now but they do take FOREVER. Don't be in a rush to get your jersey back or you will drive yourself nuts.

You "might" get it back by then. Consider yourself lucky. I will assume they were swarmed when I sent mine in. I couldn't believe it took that long though.

Just don't think about it. You will be satisfied when you get your jersey back.

I never noticed the fact that they only wore white that year, strange.

I'd personally go Eddie George or Bruce Matthews on the Oilers. I hated when George was in PIT's division, he was tough.

The Jags one I'd probably do Desmond Howard or Ernest Givens.

Of course there's Jimmy Smith, Jags all-time receiving leader.
