It's funny how the kindness of strangers can totally change your day.
Yesterday I had a patient yesterday ,who was picking up her medication, give me a coupon to McDonalds for a free egg McMuffin. Now this might not sound like much but her attitude really made the difference. She was so upbeat and had the biggest smile on her face.
It really put a big smile on my face for the rest of the day.

Just thought I would share.
