-why do we have horse cops? I've never seen those dudes in action in my life.
-anyone else ever see jayz perform Encore live? Seeing the crowd throw their "diamonds in the sky" almost feels cult like. It was so weird to see last week. I sat down looking around on some weebay.big ****
true story
once got chased down by horse cops. i tried to go into a shopping center but they still gave way. ended up getting stopped in front of starbucks. it was funny because the horse was pissing and pooping near the front entrance

Officers on horseback are used for heavy crowd situations. The horses can move through people much easier than a human and the height gives the officer the ability to see alot more than he would be able to on foot. That's why you usually only see them at parades and large city events.

It felt surreal cause the staudim was dark with the show lights flashing, lol..
Makes a lot of sense. I was thinking they were station near the Mexican boarder but Miami has those cops too, lol

Yeah,they're pretty much in every major city. I see more in Chicago than anywhere else.
