Drawing beh235's avy on a sticky note right now...I suck at drawing also

Trying to tell yall man. I've seen folks the with same attitudes draw some amazing stuff

Yeah that was in a few minutes with a pen. I messed up some things and couldn't fix them (where his eyes were looking & the right side of his head

). If I had a pencil to to make an outline first then fill it in it would be way better. I also was just using the avatar picture above his name. Didn't enlarge it at all. I think the key is to go slowly and use other parts of the image as reference so you get sizes right? Then work on shading and stuff after the basic outline? That's what I did. Damn I wanna draw more now...

Yeah thats pretty much what I do.. start outside and work my way in. Kinda like starting with largest shapes in the image and work on the smaller details as you go along.

I dont do too well with getting size proportions right...especially with drawing bodies
