JB forum is a trainwreck. I'm convinced they no longer gaf about genuinely helpful information and discussion... NT now caters to know nothing noobs the same was Nike/JB does.
Sometimes I feel like everything that made this site great in the first place is now shunned.... it's all about the hits and ad revenue now.

Where to begin...
I guess I'll give the short version of my experience.
- Bought a Lenovo IdeaPad Y570 about 2 or so years ago. Used mostly for school and gaming.
- 6 month's after purchase: The Nvidia graphics card that came with it burned out. Called in and found out there's Nothing I could do short of buying another laptop.
Decided to stick with it cuz it still ran without it.
- 1 year or so after purchase: noticed small pieces of plastic falling out of laptop. No help from customer service. Pieces would keep falling out from this point on.
- 6 month's ago: one of the hinges that holds the screen up "broke" but stayed in. screen left with a wobble. I become overly cautious.
- fast forward to this morning. start using my laptop as I usually do. When I go to close it, the other hinge decides to lock up, snap, and fall out. now my screen is barely held in place by the first loose hinge.
- don't know what to do now. Thank goodness that I have a TV nearby that I can connect it to so I can still type.
Never buying a Lenovo laptop again. I don't recommend any of this to anyone.
Damn homie. I will stay away from this brand whenever I'm looking for a new computer. You should try Apple or Asus/Acer, hear good things about all 3.
Buy a Spotify account. They are pretty popular and have a good portion of music on there.
