I know it's probably music lyrics but on the inside phones don't even work bro nomore collect calls brothers was calling too many strangers..

Gotta have your ppl buy cards from the currency exchange and put your Info/numbers on it for access to call outside phones lines.. Or you give your lunches to someone with a card for there ppl to call your ppl but that cause too many problems

So once you locked up on the inside and nobody knows you went there you can't make phone calls unless the phone u calling has an activated card if not you struck..
