My dog was missing for over an hour. Finally showed up.I don't know where she went, I was just glad she made it back. I sitting here watching the Canes play and I look to my left and she's laying down licking herself. I look a bit closer... her box looks stretched out. She was a virgin. I knew I should've gotten her spayed. :smh:

Bench went from 135 to 205
Squat 135 - 270
Military Press - 85 to 115
Dead lift 115 to 205
Row 65 to 115

Towards the end I just got lazy. I plan to get back on it in November.

Dead lift 115 to 205
Row 65 to 115

I fell off so damn hard after I got the app.

Ended up with:
Deadlift 240
Squat 205
Bench 190

Think I'm about to start from scratch again. Seen a vid in the stay in shape thread that'll help my bench form. I gotta incorporate rows and ohp this go around too.
 
I'm gonna read up and watch her behavior. If she's really pregnant. Everybody is up for adoption!

lazy lazy I'm trying too do 3 month cycles. You gotta switch it up or you'll get bored and your muscles won't growth as much, lol
