that what i thought as well, i asked my one friend and he saig he got charged again cause the state picked it up i believe 

nvm this whole time i thought he was found not guilty the first 3x he went but instead it was dismissed with not enough evidence.

So since they never ruled on it they decided to bring it back in court. 

Just got an update from a friend who went. He said the other kid showed up and that there is now a new court date and if my friend goes near the other one he poked up he going right to jail without warning.
