Chicago Named Most Corrupt City in America

CHICAGO (CBS) — A former Chicago alderman turned political science professor/corruption fighter has found that Chicago is the most corrupt city in the country.

He cites data from the U.S. Department of Justice to prove his case. And, he says, Illinois is third-most corrupt state in the country.

University of Illinois at Chicago professor **** Simpson, who served as alderman of the 44th Ward in Lakeview from 1971 to 1979, estimates the cost of corruption at $500 million.

Obviously it doesn't happen anymore (to my knowledge), but up until the mid 90s you could pretty much pay off any judge in the city. It's still pretty corrupt though.
 
They needed a study to confirm this?  Anyone who's ever dealt with anything in Cook County already knows this to be the case.

Once had the sheriff go to a building that was a city block wide to evict a deadbeat owner and he came back and said he couldn't find the building.  This after the guy hadn't paid in 3 years!
 
I'm saying, all it took was the release of the space Jam XI in 09 for me to realize that.
 
But that is what happens when one party remains in control with no viable opponents.
 
I've said it before and I'll say it again.
The fact that Obama hasnt had a major scandal yet is amazing to me.

I don't care if you love or hate his politics. 

The man is freaking CLEAN



Whats the worst they did to him?
 Bill Ayers a former radical liberal...it wasn't even obama its another dude? 

His church minister...while Obama is a closet atheist (i have reason to believe) and only is related to the dude by association, like all politicians that are loosely affiliated with a church?

Not even Acorn.



NOTHING sticks to Obama. Nothing.

Not even that girl they tried to say he hooked up with back in 08. 

No word of her AT ALL.

Dude has no cheating scandals on record. He has no insider trading schemes. He doesn't have ethics violations. He has all the "right" votes on certain legislation.

Dude. Gets. It. Done.

He totally evaded the entire Blagojevich situation...for his OLD senate seat...incredible they didn't link him to that.



Whatever dude is doing, he needs to keep doing it. Either hes got massive secrets under wraps (like his atheism, but thats another story) or he really is just that thorough with his game.


Think about it...they've tried calling him a muslim, a kenyan, wanted his birth certificate, said hawaii wasn't a state, said he was a socialist and communist, said his wife was unamerican, tried to talk down his race, etc.

They try SO hard to bring him down. And they can't.


And none of it sticks. Dude just keeps it moving.


You mean to tell me they wouldn't hesitate to throw Obama under the bus? After Jan Brewer pointing her finger in Obama's face?


If they had dirt, they'd let it fly before even checking the source.


The conservative establishment HATES Obama...for a vast range of reasons...and they can't bring the dude down.

It only means that he has an amazing offense.  The reason he took the senate seat in Illinois is because his campaign blackmailed his opponent into quitting or else they were going to release dirt on him.  That's how his campaigns have been run ever since.
