Does anyone else remember the Nike Shox TL line from the early 2000s?
Each sneaker featured full-length Shox and cost at least $150, as they were the premium Shox models (similar to the premium full-length Air Max models of today).
For 2012, Nike is revitalizing the Shox TL line with the new Nike Shox TLX. This is the first release in the Shox TL line since the TL3s released in 2005.

Here are some pictures of them:

Spring 2012 colorways with no specific release date announced.

As a huge fan of the Shox TL line, I'm happy to see that Nike is starting it up again.

Pictures are via Addict Sneaker Store, Sneaker Doctor, Finish Line, and BNYCblog.

interesting... always wondered why that line just ended abruptbly. i loved the first TLs, especially the black/blues.

omg this is great news. i had every shox TL in multiple colors and i've been so upset the last several years. full length shox are the greatest. i still wish they'd make bball shoes with full length shox, but i'll take what i can get. will be buying these for sure.

Had/have white-silver with blue shox, and wore the heck out of them. I just checked them and the sole is coming off a little bit. They are great casual shoes for summer, and I'm lovin' those royal ones with the light grey shox!

I'm glad that there are some TL fans here. One of my biggest regrets is not getting any of the original TLs (from one to three). Since I was middle/high school then, I couldn't afford them.

Now that I can afford them, the primarily blue/grey and dark grey/red colorways will be copped. That latter CW has "early 2000s Nike Shox colorway" written all over it.

If there was, I don't remember what it looked like. Before I made this thread, I was looking around the web to see if a Shox TL IV dropped, but I couldn't find anything.

Maybe someone can give possible verification (and pictures) of the Shox TL IV.

I'm on my iPad right now and can't copy/paste/link like I want to. There definitely is a TL IV that was made, I just saw on google images. I've held the grey/red cw in my hands. I dunno if it was a problem during manufacturing or something but I remember these weren't on shelves or anywhere for long at all.

Maybe only one or two color ways dropped, but the 4 def happened.

do yourself a favor and never run or workout in these, nice lookin casual shoe tho

Yep, awful to run in.
I had those TL IV's up above in Grey, I wore the hell out of them. I had to throw them away in Japan because I got a ton of blisters.

Add me to the list of Shox TL fans. I had the IV in a grey/white/red colorway. Some of the comfiest shoes ever, especially if your on your feet for several hours. I also agree that you shouldn't run in these. LG3s> all others for running, IMO.

I would like to see the return of the nike shox monster idk if that under the tl line

Shox TL 2 were some of the best looking shoes I've ever seen. These are very similar to the first ones (not a bad thing)

i still rock these.  i wish the tongue was a booty, cause it shifts around way too much for my liking.

TimCity2000, thanks for the picture of the TLIVs. I had completely forgotten about their existence, although I do remember seeing the actual shoe before.

It's good to see that there are fans of the TL line here. That pair of TL3s above me is pretty nice, as the TL3s released in plenty of nice colorways. I loved this CW:

Back in 01 or so I got a pair of fakes off eBay, at least I did get my money back. But learned a lesson. I have 3 pairs of TL1 and 2 of the TL2s. I never bought the III

love that black/yellow pair of TL3s up there... still have those.

wish i had gotten the black/blue TL1s when they first came out.

What’s the word on sizing? I kind of want to cop those Size? Exclusive joints.
