Half Head Man From the Mugshots Addresses the Masses! (VIDEO)

It was over a year ago when a certain individual was arrested for soliciting a prostitute and became an online phenomenon, not for his alleged crime but for his mugshot.

That man was Carlos ''Halfy'' Rodriguez and his appearance would set the online world ablaze as to whether the mugshot was real or not.

The photo certainly was real and it would not be his last mugshot as he has also been arrested for crimes such as stealing songbirds from a woman's porch or continually harassing a store-keeper.

Well 'Halfy' doesn't want the kids following his footsteps so he decided to speak on how he suffered the fate of only having half a head.

"I was on drugs, I was driving, and I hit a pole, and I flew out the front window and landed on my head," he says, turning side to side to show off a flattened skull.

"That's why it's no good, drinking and driving or drug -- drugness and driving. No good, kids. No good."

While the message coming from a man with such a devastating disfigurement could be a good way to reach the children, his actions in the video are quite the opposite of what he's preaching.

''Everyday i burn a stick'' he states while smoking weed during his 'PSA', he even claims President Obama smokes it......so much for the positive message lol.

Clearly he lost his intelligence along with his skull.
 
Im surprised he's still "normal"... I would have thought he would have sounded mentally ******ed... Or lost some of his vital senses

Pretty sure his intelligence was lost before he lost his skull, his skull just followed suit.
