They were very uncomfortable. It didn't feel like Nike Air was under your feet; it felt more like cardboard. I once put in an insole from a SB dunk: it made a world of difference in comfort.
Several pairs were already creased right out of the box, usually in the toe area.
Leather felt really cheap and thin. This made any creases that would accumulate through wear look even worse.
Tongue and ankle-padding were thin.
I wore my pair several times but ultimately sold them.

i hardly wear them..in fact i have quite a bit of j's i dont really wear; so once in a while i'll break them out........but i made a mistake trying to rock the aj 9's(grey color); the bottom of the sole was lose............
