Post pics of HIGH-END DESIGNER CLOTHING (pics)...............

my LV store finally stepped their game up

funny thing is they didnt have either item this chick an I came in there lookin for though

that damier beanie of course (in black grey) they had other colors and beanies, belts, scarves etc........an she was looking for the galliera PM bag.............. they had the huge galliera GM bag

chick did a locate and said she couldnt find any at any stores, said check back in a few weeks yadda yadda.

BTW

anybody in here like Cole Haan? Dont know if they are considered high end to you dudes though. They got some nice stuff on the low.

Not a big Cole Haan fan. I've considered purchasing several times but could never pull the trigger. Something just seems better for the same price range.

I'm so excited about my LV store! Going through a major renovation and will be selling Ready-to-Wear items

RFX true......I was in the store the other day, for the price at the end of the day you'd go with something else. They had some nice jackets but yea.....I'd buy cole haan stuff on a discount if anything.

this isnt directed at anyone specifically because its happened a few times and no disrespect to rfx cause i know he does have style and good concepts of outfits, but a lot of dudes seem to agree with rfx for the sake of soundin like rfx or "in the know of fashion" or just wanting to seem like they have style, just an observation, i mean if u got an opinion no one can really say your wrong but dont change your opinion cause someone disagrees and if u dont agree, state your opinion... just sayin

lord knows i agree with a lot of what he says but at least i can truthfully say to myself its my opinion as well and not cause a stylish dude said so (nh)

if anything rfx i guess take this observation as a compliment lol

I finally bought some evi's. I know I'm mad late but it took me a while to convince myself to spend 700$ on sunglasses. I was wondering for those that have them, were yours a bit narrow or tight. Basically, like the frame barely fits. They fit but I'm extra careful because I'm not trying to snap such an expensive frame. Do the hinges and frames loosen up a bit with wear?

Mellow, if you are talking about AA agreeing with me that there are better options, I think he was just that, agreeing. I think he still likes CH overall and would buy if the right pair comes at the right price.

But yes, I'll take that as a compliment.

Thanks.

@blackchiney06 there are two sizes (eastern/western fit), i was always under the impression evi screws always came loose which was why people always asked where could they get them tightened

like i said its not directed at anyone specifically, but there have been many times in the past where it just seems like people would alter their words to make it agreeable to something youve said

gucci is realizing the consumer patterns and is starting to try to pull away from GG monogram sales cause they arent happy with people buying their cheap "aspirational products" and fronting like they got money/status which is very true about todays society sadly

As much as I agree, I think this might be bad for business. I mean their sales are increasing, slowly but surely. They want to double their sales in a 6 years? They're crazy. As long as sales are going up and not down, especially in todays economy, they should keep doing it. I know they didn't get rid of their entry level bags but it sounds like they are headed to lessening it's production, which seems bad since there are a lot of people who just wants to buy the entry level bag and usually that is what get them started on the brand. I think they should just make a simplier design and less monogram but keep it at an entry level price. I can only see them losing customers to their competitors if they proceed in this direction.

lol ill add to the rfx bandwagon

cole hann is overrated, highly overrated

haha no but seriously, coming from someone who sells cole hanns, quality for the price is not worth it. like rfx said, at the end of the day theres always a better alternative. cole hanns wear out very quickly, though they are comfortable, they will only last you a few months max. as for there jackets and such, i have no opinion, i am ONLY referring to there shoes.

**EDIT**

smh at myself, just realized this is the clothing thread, anyways ill keep my post up just in case anyone is curious

Jacket looks so much better zipped up, no shirt is better than that jacket.

does saks and neiman carry YSL ready to wear? They closed down the boutique here in san francisco, so I don't know where to get their stuff now unless I order online.

And my only black dress shoes are Cole Haan, been wearing them for interviews recently. Funny thing is, I forgot all about them because I bought them in '05 for a funeral. They do seem a little... cheap.
