RO jackets are meant to have extra long sleeves, it's the style, without it it'll be like taking off the patent toe on the Lanvin lows or the the Jumpman logo on Air Jordans.


If you want a bad-%## leather with shorter sleeves, check out Julius. Once I get my RO stooges, I'd try and get myself some Julius leathers.

Definitely check out Julius, I've seen a handful that I would love to have, I'm just focusing on the stooges right now.
Quality are even said to be better than RO.

As for Balmain, still trying to get a moto jeans, preferably in black.
As for leathers, I suggest getting the flight jacket available now, one of the sweetest ones I've seen in a while.
Unless you can find the rider that Kanye has been wearing, those are nice.
 
The eagle badge is supposed to be removable, which I personally prefer because if I had the jacket, I'd probably wear it more often w/o the badge.

I need some new shades for the summer and am thinking about some LV Evidence.....

i wear alot of gucci sneakers though and dont have any LV... would it look stupid if i wore gucci sneakers with LV sunglasses? theyre not exactly subtle hence my problem..
 
Gucci 1627 or 1622...i love them...wear them way more than the Evis and they actually feel more sturdy for a fraction of the $

From what my SA was telling me LV is trying to distance itself from the urban market....(they are doing a great job with the ugly sneaker designs) If you look at the manquins now they have changed the styling also. I like LV alot but GUCCI is a more of a well balanced brand in my opinion. LV is great for accessories...belts, walets, and duffles/lugage, thats about it. LV's clothing is a 1 in a 10...if you like to be flaboyant with labels then LV has some pieces you will love.

Gucci on the other hand continues to bring the Heat...Sneakers, jackets, sweaters, Sunglasses

Really? I disagree I find gucci hasnt brought anything spectacular out in ages and most of their nice pieces are variations of classic pieces and IMO they have a lot more "flamboyant" and loud pieces (the whole cruise collection last year) than LV, both companies put out nice and ugly pieces but this is all subject to opinion but I still think LV is more consistent in not using all over monograms (outside of damier) on their clothes.

Sneaker wise I agree LV fell off but if anything I think some of their current designs suit the urban market more (I could only ever picture a rapper wearing those Acapulcos) and have become more loud which I feel a lot of urban market would prefer and rather go for. and I'm kinda glad cause they picked up the slack in other types of shoes such as the boat shoe, Imola loafer, desert boots and chucks

IMO i think LV has always made a killin when it came to sunglass designs.... not so much the quality as i find with a lot of their products now but from a design perspective i still think LV is top notch.

1622 were exactly what i was thinking! for half the cost too.....looks like im gonna pick em up. I'm not a cheap person but i like deals when i see em. checked ebay and theyre about 100 bucks cheaper than retail at Holt Renfrew before tax.... could there be fakes of the 1622 out there? hmmm... theyre all roughly the same price
 
there are fakes but there are cheap authentic ones on ebay, holts marks up like crazy so yea id get em off ebay

just check sellers ratings and feedback for responses towards past sales
 
no fake check expert but those look fine...i have the same cases...

the markup is silly on sunglasses so that explains the ebay prices...that seller has almost 25k feedback your good

i'm actually about to order those navy joints for the summer- i love the style of these

I think both Gucci and LV have their "loud" pieces... Gucci probably more than LV. I like incorporating classic elements (the monogram for both, green/red stripe for Gucci), but doing it in a less flashy way. There are always hits and misses.
I agree the Acapulco is horrendous, but the rest aren't really 'loud.' Then again, I don't feel this current sneaker line has any appeal

 the Acapulco's are clunky looking, the rest are kinda... Euro looking. Which is fine and all, but not my style. Kinda goes along with what the other poster was saying - not exactly rapper style either.

I love the 1622's! i need to go to nordstrom and try them on i want to buy them but worried they might be too big for my face.

also i want the LV pocket tees but too much for a tee since i ruin all my shirts

Actually, it is very reminiscint of the hypebeast colroways from a few years back.
Colorway reminds me of Ice Cream and Bape sneakers. This shoe actually reminds me of Spizike but a lot worst.

BLASPHEMY!!!!! Rfx....Spizikes are dope. that's the only hybrid sneaker I have ever purchased and i would do it all over again. That monstrosity that lv produced is a ******ed high top air force one.

I said colorway, as in they put more than 3 different colors in the shoe, just mash them up and see what happens. Less is more.

And the Spizikes does sucks, it's the Frankenstein of a shoe. I mean come on, green cement print on the toe? Then the red laces being so out place? It's horrible.

i mean...depends on what you mean by "hood" - i dont think they will replace the 6" constructs as the go to footwear for the block but i mean its geared towards the urban/hypebeast type crowd with the colors, overall shape, the stars etc...its not the traditional LV style which is what the SA was saying to dude up there...

these will be worn by the lil waynes and juelz santanas then make their way down...like the steven sprouse space boots etc etc

oh and to dude buying the glasses  - unless you have something similar i would try them on before buying online..they are on the bigger side - plus depending on your face shape glasses can look way off...theres a couple variations of that style that might suit you better-
