What's the difference between the 21cm & 19cm? I have skinny legs so I guess something skinny or slim fit. I want a pair of waxed Dior in black or grey and a pair of raw denim

19cm are slimmer, I'm not expert since all I have are 19cm but there are more room in 21cm.
