Just brought a three pack of white t from prada.

Fendi is having their pre-sale today and tomorrow clothing 50% off, shoes and accessories 40%. (Only selected items)

Already put my stuff aside for tomorrow. Will post the fendi watch pickup on Friday, had to order it due to the one they had was too small.

Retail price are different but both have 99%cotton/1%elastine. Matches price is nice but I need the measurements from MrPorter for the size 28 which would mean it's too small.

Then there's this pair at SSense https://www.ssense.com/men/product/saint_laurent/blue-light-wash-skinny-jeans/94469 which looks the same but 98%cotton/2%elastine and retail price is also different but sizing is bigger on a 20 but all 3 seems to be 15.5cm, right?

I didn't necessarily mean those particular SLP ripped jeans were an "in the moment" item. :lol:

I was more so commenting on the buyers market for designer clothing that's somewhat "exploded" for the general consumer.

For example, ripped jeans are in, so people are gonna rush to buy this one particular pair by one particular brand... and then wear them for 2 months and be stuck with them or try and sell them.

That's not the common behavior among some of the regular posters in here, but it's pretty commonplace in general. Don't believe me, check Instagram.

Especially when you have all these "stylists" out here pushing these items... "e-mail for info" aka "e-mail me so you can pay an additional $200 for something you could have ordered yourself."

Stylist on Instagram = High End re-seller.

in the three times I've ordered from Matches, USAFREE has gotten me free DHL Express shipping which ends up being overnight.
 
The 2% elastane really makes a difference. Feels like im wearing running tights. Got the elastane confused with polyurathane.

Like the idea of those terrycloth teddy jackets
 
NiceLikeChrist, the top pair was last season and the bottom one are pre fall. Wash and fit look the same, the only different I see is the new one have more slashes.
 
Ah I see. If its similar fits then I'm definitely gonna wait til the boutiques get them in so I can try and find a size that works.

Yah, only the blk/wht version from the upcoming FW14 season are sold out, other colorways are still available for pre-order.

They are back in stock with FSR again, I bet they will make the black/ wht one in permanent collection due to demands.
 
They are and they took the pre-order ship date of 06/15 so could it be arriving sooner than expected? I hope so.

I don't think it'll be available every season though just because the blk/wht was thicker and that is why it cost more than the all blk version. Maybe they'll alternate it? I could be completely wrong though.

I really like the grey one but not the price hike. Knowing that I got mine from Farfetch last year for around 1800 and I got the biker from Matches for less than 1k shipped. This year they are selling the varsity for 2400 and the biker for 1400?? Its hard for me to pull the trigger. Thats worse than reseller imo.
 
For my size, sometimes I just got to get them when they are available. I never saw the 34 of the teddy on discount or else I would have jumped on it.

I thought anything outside of blk/wht could reach sale time at sale prices but even the all blacks are practically sold out especially in my size.

So when I saw those blk/wht restock, I just bought it anyways since I know I'll get plenty of wear from it, it'll likely be my go to non-leather jacket.

With jeans it's different because there are always alternatives and the bikers were never a must have for me and preferred Balmains over them.
