Did you call to cancel? I placed an order on Saturday and it's been 3 days with no shipment or any updates. I'm thinking of going to ssense too. Their customer service is more responsive.
 
Returning to SSense could be hell though if you're not in Canada.

I remember getting a quote to return something to them and USPS was charging $45-$55 and then there were plenty of paper works to fill out.


Don't get me wrong though, SSense is great and I love them but when ordering from them, make sure you got the right size and you won't think twice about the item.

yep, return with ssense is terrible. returning a pair of shoes that didnt fit cost me $53.00 :frown:

at first i purchased with ssense, but since i didnt know how the jeans fit, i went with luisa because of their free return policy. Then some people were complaining how they were hit with fees.... so i cancelled.
@flyknit I called them using skype and cancelled the order lol​

Thanks. I'll give them one more day then I'm canceling. I don't want to wait a few weeks for an item If others selling for the same.

No clue. It's my first time shopping with them. Paid with PayPal. The money is out of my account so not sure what else it could be. Pretty disappointed with the lack of communication too.
 
when do sales usually start for spring/summer and fall/winter? also whats the difference between AW and FW? Isn't Autumn just another word for Fall?

Just heard back from luisaviaroma and they mentioned all orders are experiencing 7-8 business delays due to their current promotions (even if your item is full price/ new).

Those look nice but I'm not really a fan of bikers. I never really got into them. Even destroyed imo won't always be in style. Ill go see what the pair looks like. If it actually has that dirty tint I'll consider them. Otherwise I'm happy with what I have.

Thanks Murphy, the jacket look really nice in person. To my surprised, the character of this jacket and the leather are very different than the classic L01.
