Post pics of HIGH-END DESIGNER CLOTHING (pics)...............

I've read comparisons of this season's crash denim to other SLP denim but can anyone compare to maybe APC or John Elliot denim? I've never worn SLP.

I currently wear APC petite new standards and petite standards in 33 or 34 and I have a pair of the JE coast denim in 34. I have large thighs so usually the waist is a bit roomy to account for my thighs. Any suggestions or is SLP just for me?
I have gone true to size on all of my SLPs (they all fit similar in the waist, rest varies with seasons). My je graphite are a size 29. I actually had to get them a bit tapered but i liked the waist of 29 better than the 28.  Keep in mind the SLP have stretch and the JE dont.  It will depend on whats comfortable for you.  I personally cant stand tight raw jeans with no stretch in them.

Much appreciated! I don't have much experience with stretch denim. I'll order true to size and go from there.

I don't mind tight denim but with the rips, if they're too tight, it could be a bad look.

the stretch makes it possible for them to be tight, look good and feel good. JE is actually moving in that direction too. Its much for comfortable and looks nicer too. I saw start with true to size and go from there.  Check out Mr.Porter and ssense for measurements too. That helps as well.  You can compare what they have listed with your JE pair and you can see what the difference will be. I personally like my slp pairs more simply based on comfort.

Looking real good KGH28. I'm sold, will be getting a pair.....just the sizing that scares me.

If this is in violation of ntalk rules. Let me know and will delete.
Hey felllas, getting rid of some of my clothing. Unfortunately i just can't fit them any more (gotten too big muscular wise) and can't be fixed at the tailors. If interested just pm me. Everything purchased directly from the store by me. Items will fit like a Large. 2 LV Polos that won't be redone and literally wore twice. Gucci Cardigan that i never even wore (i know). D&G Pocket tee. Still sorting through other clothes i can't fit so will probably have more.

my balmains came in today. i ordered size 30 my normal size but it feels like a large 31. should I size one down or would that be too much?

Yeah, free shipping and returns to the US for a limited time.
Just purchased the SL denim from ssense. Hopefully, I won't have to return them.

Wish I caught the knee blowouts or the destroyed pairs but these will do.

My ss15 slp black destroyed from ssense came in. Disappointed with the fit. They are noticeably bigger knee down. Almost a different look

Which ones did you grab? The skinny or slim fit? They had those two options, correct?
Fit pics with shoes? I'm assuming it changes the leg opening and how the denim sits on the shoes?

Only one size for the black. They definately don't fit or sit like normal slp skinny jeans. This is without them stretching too. I'll post some pics tmr.

Nice balmains how did you size on them?

Thank you for the compliment, they are so soft and comfortable, i sized down 1 size from my true size and bought a size 29. bearing in mind these are the:

BALMAIN Faded black slim leg biker jeans (SC111972)

Cut/style, which was much better suited to my physique over the straight leg cut/style. I hope that helps you.

VVV in response to your post below

youngbillrussel youngbillrussel if you are looking for a light wash, may I make a suggestion, I tried these on in store the other day, now I'm not really into light blue jeans, or knee blow outs, not at all in fact, but they looked really nice on in person and were extremely comfortable, that being said I decided to wait and have a think on it, I gave them back to the sales assistant and said I would think a little and return, I came back the following day to purchase but unfortunately someone else hadnt hesitated and had already bought the last available pair in my size, please bear in mind that the stock photo does the jeans no justice at all. here it is anyway to visualise, I think I will buy a pair online and upload a picture when they come in, so you can see a truer fit.
