Post pics of HIGH-END DESIGNER CLOTHING (pics)...............

I'm more of a shoes(Suits) and sneakers guy but ya'll make my casual clothes and formal ties look like fubu.

This post is a life changing experience.

Just sitting back and taking it all in.

thought about the damier inventeur, but I'm really into Fendi, plus there's a sudden surge of LV everywhere around me.

still might get that graphite' reversible inventeur though.

Damn very nice Fendi belt.... for some reason i can't do Fendi though.. i always associate that with women sorta like with Coach althoughCoach has some very good quality men's wallets and loafers.

hit me for $375 +tax...

Yeah, my girl is BIGGGG into Fendi. I like it because it's similar to the damier/monogram color scheme, but a little more obscure to the average joe.

Blazin, it's good to see you got your belt and are happy with it. Enjoy.

I visited the NM near me this weekend and it was a bit disappointing.
Their shoe selection is mediocre at best but at least it brough an LV store near me, although they only sell accessories and bags.
I was hoping there would be some mens clothes and shoes.

That's exactly what the NM has, just an LV boutique inside their store. At least i don't have to drive much to get some stuff, which might not be toogood.
That area where NM opened up is really becoming up scale. A Cartier, Burberry, Tourneau and Ferragamo store has already opened up along with Tiffany & Co.and the Nordstrom on the other side of the mall.
They also want to expand some more and maybe create a second building across from it and conenct the two. I can't wait to see what it looks like in adecade or so.

I used to have the all black Gucci joint, but I outgrew it. Nothing is more aggravating that outgrowing a $250+ accessory.

^^^ Sell it. If you can get $100-$150 for it, it should help release some of that aggrevated feelings.

Aren't those like, stores inside stores, actually ran by LV and _____________?

I just can't get down with logo/print of the same all over it. But if you're happy w/ it that's all that matters.

I too associate Coach (although, they do have some decent leather goods) with women as well.

I like subtle things I suppose.

I'm looking for a new wallet - thanks to my GF and RFX45 recently got a new suit, shirt, and some ties. Guess cuff links need to be purchased too.

The boutiques inside department stores are still owned by the company of the boutique but ran by the department store. It's just a way for certaindesigners allow their items be sold in department stores and not lose that prestige. Theres more into it but that is mainly the reason I believe it is done.

As for monograms and allover prints, I'm not to big on it outside of shoes and accessories with a few exceptions, like some black Gucci jackets with blackmonograms, not too noticeable. The same goes with the LV Damier clothes like the one T.I. is wearing, it is not exactly an all over print but a design thatmakes it look good. Also, like I mentioned before, I like the subtle green/red/green lining or accents Gucci has.

Congratulations on the suit. If you need dress shirts, Banana Republic might be having their 40% F&F sale soon. They have some fitted french cuff shirts. They also have some cuff links readily available as well.

RFX...good looks. DiplomatTDot... I actually scooped it up at like Marshalls or TJ Maxx (discount stores in the U.S.). Retail was $125 so when I saw it was$50, scooped it up quick.

Good looking out RFX45.

My next two big purchases will be a nice watch (present to self upon passing the CPA exam) and some nice cufflinks. Both I want to be able to pass to my unbornson (eventually...).

Not only that, but alot of cities have $$$ and money, but just wouldn't make sense to have an actual flagship store.

Take for example Birmingham, Alabama or Austin, Texas. Size alone, those cities are huge, so it would make sense to have a Neiman Marcus or a Saks toaccommodate the clientele, rather than a Gucci Store, a LV store, etc.

With cufflinks, you can never go wrong with some classic silver knot cuff links. With proper care, it should last and be passed down to your kids.

As for watches, too many comes to mind but Rolex will always be a classic and the value stays high.
IWC is another brand that is becoming more and more main stream but they are getting the recogmition they deserve.
Zenith is another brand that mainly uses in-house mvoements that will last with proper care and service. They have beautiful watches but most are on the sportyside.
You can't go wrong with either of those. If you need help or advice, just let me know what you are looking for and your budget and I migth be able to giveout some advice.

^^^ I forgot to mention Panerai. You can't go wrong with it's classic look.
(Not my pic)
