lookin to cop some new denim...I want a straight-loose fit... not baggy...I usually wear Ralph Lauren Jeans but they're becoming boring... any suggestions?

Once it arrives, I'll post it but I am not 100% sure if they will have an online code. It might be in-store only like last year. I'll keep you guysupdated though.
As for watches, I need more information on what you are looking for. You can get a lot of watch in that price range, you might even be able to get two decentones. A stainless steel IWC Portuguese Chrono could be had for around $5k (more formal look) or Cartier Pasha Seatimer (casual sporty).
If you want two watches, you can probably get a good Tag Heuer Carrera or Aquagraph, Breitling Seawolf and/or Omega Seamaster as most of those go for $2k-$3keach after discount.
This is a good combo of one sporty/casual and one formal/casual. Both should cost about $5k-$6k, maybe less depending on how good you are with haggling.

on side note, i was lookin at a datejust rolex with a small bezel from the nt watch/jeweler lol for around 2k. that a good price? and does the resell valuestay around there or depreciate? watch game is weak and might as well get a nice one. thanks

Well went to Gucci & LV Toronto today....
Gucci store is done remodelling, store is still weak nothing interesting to mention. Their Men's section is basically all suits, I don't mind thatsince I need a new good suit but there was nothing interesting.
LV wise today was just not my day, everything I wanted was either a) sold out or b) not my size and my usual dude wasn't working today so when I askedquestions to the guy serving me he didn't know $%+!....

The HAPPY30 code was a one day sale and expired but a 40% off should be coming soon from what I heard.
As for the watch, are you purchasing it brand new? If he is an Authorized Dealer, I would say that is a pretty good deal. However, if it is used and/or theperson is a private party or "grey market," then you might be able to haggle it down a little bit but it's hard to say without knowing thecondition and such.
Rolex watches are the only watches that actually go up in price, IWC is probably going to be in the same league in the future. Roles prices goes up everyFebruary and due to the prestige of the name Rolex, the used ones increase and price too. It is the only non-limited watch brand I know that sells for morethan what people pay for used. Like my friend/co-worker purchased a Rolex (I think a Datejust as well with a fluted bezel) for around $3k-$4k about 6-8 yearsago. The watch/brand has increased in price about 1%-3% per year for the past 6-8 years and cost $6500 now. So now if he wants to sell that watch, he wouldactually break even or make a profit and sell it for around $4k-$5k.

you aren't kidding. I used to wear an old rolex that belonged to my grandfather. Just a basic stainless one from about 40 years ago or so (maybe a bitmore). Took it in to get it looked at one day and the jewelers went nuts over it. Turns out what I thought might be worth like 2k tops is worth about 65k. Ithas been in a very, very safe place ever since. I actually wish I had never found out because now I just feel too worried to wear it.

Found out why the stock was a little dry at LV, They had a ready-to-wear show in the shop on Monday, so that could be why.

it may take me a while but i promise at some point i will. I'll shoot you a pm when I do. It's in a safe deposit box and I'm busy getting packed upfor school right now. It's so simple and classic though for sure. Now that I think about it I'd put it at about 48 years old at least. I can'tremember if he got it when he got married or if he got it during/right after WW2 (he was a glider pilot). Watches aren't my thing at all and I only wore iton special/formal occasions so I was quite shocked when I found out.

Oh yeah I know I got a few PM's about Moncler and their sizing, depending on how you want the fit to be you can get your regular shirt size or go up one.I'm a L or XL there was really no difference length wise the XL was just bigger overall more puffy.
