54 is a US44 right? It might if you don't mind it a bit fitted.
I got a small and I wear a 46-48 in Gucci (US36-US38), pretty much a small in Gucci.
I still feel like the W&H is slightly bit big but then again I like my fit more fitted.

The approximate measurements are:
Sz.S: Shoulder - 16.5, Chest - 19.5, Sleeve - 30, Length - 25.25
Sz.M: Shoulder - 17, Chest - 20, Sleeve - 30.5, Length - 26.25
Sz.L: Shoulder - 17.5, Chest - 21, Sleeve - 31, Length - 27.75
Sz.XL: Shoulder - 18, Chest - 21.5, Sleeve - 32, Length - 28.75
 
^ It's like a regular Varsity def can't do it in May but from now until March/April is fine. It's more of a Jacket you'd wear from Fall throughWinter.

that pup is fly, but I hope she didn't pay no morethan $30 for that doggie shirt. I saw them at DSW for around $20.

think the second one is just leather, so probably not as much as the black one, but i'm sure it will still be alot.
 
It's the same bag from the LV runway show for Spring 2010. I think it is a bit big but very nice nonetheless.
