Anyway, I was also at the game..Yoenis is going to be a stud. Although I do think he should be moved to RF/LF and coco back to center.

Yeah I was at the game as well. Straight cannon. The shot he threw to kurt last night was also a rocket. Too bad Kurt couldn't get the tag down in time. Wish I could go tomorrow as well but can't get off work. On Easter Sunday none the less
 
Was at the game tonight.  I have never seen a ball go so far.

Now we just gotta teach that guy to play a little better outfield and I'd be happier.
 
Riddle me this....Bartolo pitches against Seattle in Tokyo (a hitters park) and he goes 8 innings and gives up 1 run, then he comes back home to Oakland (a pitchers paradise) and gets lit the **$$ up by the same team. How????

The offense is doing just fine, the pitching HAS to be there though.
 
I just picked up Tommy Milone in my fantasy league, hopefully he does work against the Royals.

It's sad to see a crowd like that at any major sporting event. The rivercats will probably have more in attendance on Fri.

Milone Pitching pretty good tonight. If the arms show up I guess the bats don't. And Donaldson flashing the leather. We're starting to look like a team. And Bip Roberts just said that Donaldson's going to be horrible. SMH at Bip.
 
And Balfour reminds me of Billy Koch, Octavio Dotel, Keith Foulke, Arthur Rhodes and every other sorry closer we've had the last ten years......

wish we could of got a base hit with the bases loaded earlier.... Pitched a gem tonight 8 scoreless

Finally a win at home!!!!!!!!! Good game.

Cespedes almost beat out a grounder to short. Dude is fast
 
Milone's stuff is by no means dominating, but he just goes out and pounds the strike zone and lets the terrible Royals hit/run into outs. I don't know how well it'll pan out against Texas or the Angels, but I like his style.

Sizemore's injury really hurt this offense, Billy needs to go get an everyday third baseman real soon.

Speaking of positions the A's suck at, Barton is now the clear everyday 1st baseman???

I'd much rather have Carter in there. I know Barton's a great defender and an on-base machine, but there needs to be some power out of the first base position. 0 for 3 with a walk or 1-3 with a walk and a single isn't going to cut it for me (fangraphs actually had a great writeup on that today).

Tonight's game is the mlb.tv free game of the night, for all of us out of the area.

I agree 1000% with you on Daric Barton, I really don't like this guy. I rather have Kila Ka'aihue start everyday. 
 
2nd tommy john surgery? That's just sad.

Why is Blevins in the majors? I can't stand this bum.
