not bad...
Forget the furniture, now you can take home a miniature Ikea showroom. The Swedish furniture giant partnered with Oregon-based architectural firm Ideabox to launch Aktiv, a line of prefabricated one-bedroom starter homes, priced under six figures. It's modern, space-efficient and green (both eco and neon). You've got the land? They've got the tiny house .
interesting, iv'e seen houses like theses built from coming off a tractor. quality looks real cheap.

I have no issue with Ikea.. and depending where you live, this would be perfect set up and cheap expense for a guest house -

what happens when the wall falls down?

or they forget to include one of the doors?

Lmao....I love ikea, but I don't know how safe I would feel knowing my roof was put together with an L key

I'm with it. Too bad land is so damn expensive in NYC. If I had some room in Queens or LI, i'd be all over it.
